AFTER THE STORM - This company replaced the "apex" roof of my manufactured home in Orange City, Florida in July of this year. While nowhere near the destruction of Helene, (God Bless those people), Milton came right through Orange City, Florida. A man living about a block and a half from me lost his roof. I was up all night and listened to it and only heard some noise from my carport roof (which wasn't replaced). I did not have any damage, leaking, creaking, groaning, vibration or any sound at all from my main roof. I know I would have lost panels if I hadn't replaced that roof and I would have had a lot of damage inside my home. Thank you, again, All Florida Weatherproofing & Construction with a particular shout-out to Gail and Mark. Everyone was wonderful to deal with at this company.Review from Ken T

I am incredibly impressed with the company, the materials, workmanship and professionalism from this company. From the start they have been fantastic to deal with, from the initial contact to the completed construction they have been excellent. Nick and his crew did fantastic work and Shae in the office has been a true pleasure to talk to. I can't express my satisfaction enough, and I highly recommend this company.Review from Stephanie P

They don't stand by their warranty. March 2022 I was told I'd "never need another roof", "lifetime warranty", "this roof is bulletproof", and "it's hurricane proof". 6 months later; I need a new roof. Not only did the TPO roof completely fail, but it took all of my shingles underneath with it and left my carport with a bunch of screw holes in it compromising my whole house. Now I need: new roof, new floor, new ceiling, new insulation, new kitchen counter, I should have know not to listed to a scam artist salesman. A little goodwill would have gone a long way. I understand hurricane Ian was bad, but I've looked at the houses whose roofs didn't blow off, and I feel like my roof was installed differently. Poor workmanship. The whole thing was attached to the existing 5/8" OSB roof deck. I don't care of you used 5,000 screws, none of them were anchored to the rafters. Of course it failed.Review from Alice H

Thank you so much. My roof survived Hurricane *** when most homes in my park suffered serious damage. I am so happy I went with your company ******* mobile/modular roofing company installations did not survive.
