Been seeing one doctor ************** at **** ************ Been doing so for 4 years. He thinks 2 years. Had a very small accident case, used **************. All over and done in June of 22. ***** wanted 50%. Had 2 attorney's they both knew I have no money and did not take fees at all. ***** got $200****. Seeing him each month to get meds, in Dec. 2022 told me good bye ******** won't pay. I checked on line amount due ****. A few weeks later $20**** showed up. Have friends would of let me have the $$. I have seen this doctor 2 times in all the years going there. Always see ****Below is a list of fee he charged and gave to ********* I want some type of $$ back, and thank him for dropping me before Christmas. No meds and seizures get combo to leave a patient.Expensives Each month see Droctor (No) $641.00 4 times a year unrine test 120**** (yes correct)Psychologist testing 60**** never had.for lidocaine rub ****** a bottle.You have to stop this guy.Initial Complaint

I thought I had finally found a place that could take care of my daily debilitating headaches, I even put up with the 3 plus hour wait times and a drug interaction that landed me in an ambulance and the emergency room with a near life-threatening reaction! They did not contact me for a follow-up and swiped it under the rug when I told them at my next visit. I did however continue to visit their office because they managed to get my headaches under control. I am not on narcotics but do however have maintenance drugs that I have to take (monthly injection of Amovig). Walgreens informed me that I was out of refills and Florida Spine refused refill. I called and spoke with a VERY RUDE and uncaring nurse called Donna who proceeded to yell at me, telling me she will not call in even one dose because I haven't been seen since September and I have to be seen every 90 days. I have an appointment 1/24 (the soonest I could get in) and she continued to scold me saying "I told you no! I will not call it in!" I am now 20 days past my monthly injection and in severe pain! This place really needs to be investigated for immoral and uncaring practices.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/10) */ We are not able to discuss spectific patient concerns due to HIPAA privacy laws, but will provide a private attachment responce. In general, we apologize for extended wait times, and have recently opened our new office across the street which has drastically reduced wait times. Also, in general terms, due to our licencing with the state, prescriptions can only be renewed when a patient is seen. We always reccommend patients schedule return appointment for a day or two prior to their prescription refill due date.
