This company gave a written quote for service. They raised the quote $1,000 after services complete and threatened to keep all possessions if the higher price was not paid. The contract says it is a full service moving company. This requires that they reassemble all things disassembled and place things in appropriate rooms. This was not done. In fact, many things were just tossed in the backyard and the movers abruptly left when the truck was empty and the property was left in this state. According to the contract, it says that there is insurance for things damaged and/or lost during the move. There was considerable damage and missing possessions. The claim was put in in March and nothing has been received based on the claim. The company owner continually makes excuses and does not read the email of complaints sent to him in March. Mr. Richard B****** states that he just forwarded the entire email to the insurance company. Within the email were complaints such as littering of the property, damage, incompletion of the full service move contract, mislabeling of possessions, and also the claims. It has been almost an entire year and the company owner has not even read my email, nor provided appropriate reparations for damaged and missing possessions. I have attached a copy of the email sent to the company owner.
