Placed an order February 2, 2024 online (WAY AHEAD OF TIME)I never received my order! When I called the business twice, a young woman named *** told me that the driver had already departed and that the item will be delivered in 30 minutes. The sun set as the time of day grew progressively later. I never received a notification from this store informing me that my item would not be delivered in time for my boyfriend's birthday. The status remained on out for delivery. When I phoned the store this morning, I was informed I would hear from someone regarding a refund shortly. Now that it is getting close to 1:00 pm, I still haven't received a call, and they are refusing to answer the phone and are instead screening my calls. I will be taking this up to corporate and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. This is beyond reckless!RIDICULOUS!Business response
