8/5/2023 ********************************* paid Silver Breeze Travel, ** $6,998.00 a woman,Silver Breeze, called us saying we had bought 4 vacations 2008 to 2018 we had invested some $13,000 to $15,000 dollars , renewing, we hadn't used.If we pay$7,998.00 for lifetime, not a timeshare, she could combine everything. We would get 12 ***/****** Airfare tickets,120 days anywhere worldwide up to one room stays, 90 car rental days, 8 global airfare tickets, 5day/4night cruise ocean view, 2 people 3 different cruise lines to choose from. I told her, too much money, she brought it down to $6,995.00 Which is the amount we paid. I called to use the package to go to Gattlinburg, TN for Labor Day weekend Sept 2-4, 2023 with friends. I asked the same woman, she would find out. She sent me quotes for hotel stays. We picked one, she said it would cost $459.02 which we paid. Not understanding why? Since we paid the $6,995.00. I made the mistake to ask about renting a car . The woman was getting an attitude. Saying she got the hotel on a holiday weekend that she had to go to the board to get it approved. She wouldn't let us use the car rental. Before we bought this, she said the car rental could be used for our kids if a car broke down we would just go to the nearest airport the get a car rental. She said it needed to be planned together with hotel. Now, I'm planning a cruise on a different package we have, but asking Silver Breeze if I could use the airfare. JUST ASKING QUESTIONS ! This same woman wants me to email, not call, she got upset because I wasn't saying her name, exchanging pleasantries, She calls me back after I email her. She said it all needs documented. She was so mad she said she would refund $4698. Along with the owner just to get rid of me. Now they are saying I signed docusign, that procedure will be followed. They won't talk to me until next year. I'm not to talk to the woman. They will have someone in March **** that I can talk to. Not keeping their word !Business response

Good day, ******************** has traveled on her Silver Breeze Travel package. ******************** also accepted that once a reservation has been traveled on there is no refunds, However, as long as ******************* does not give Belligerent and disrespectful behavior we are willing to assist ******************** on any travel vacations she has active with Silver Breeze Travel. Ms.******** received her Silver Breeze Travel booklet where she had a grace ****** of 5 days to cancel and receive a full refund. The Silver Breeze Travel booklet states all the terms and conditions of the promotional package. Reservations must be made with 60 days' advance notice also all travel vacations can be taken once every nine months. Silver Breeze Travel will honor the policy of no refunds and the doc sign that ******************** agreed to, accepted, and signeded.
The reason for ************************ frustrations because she cannot travel when she wants and with company policy we cant always override the guidelines all the time. The reservation that she made was with a notice given less than 3 days that the company approved, and she traveled. Unfortunately, we cannot always approve dates that is with short notice. We are looking to service ******************** on future vacations that she has active with Silver Breeze Travel but there will be no refunds given.Kind regards

************************* is not professional at all. ***** will not answer my questions. If we were unable to travel that's all I needed ***** to tell me, although I do not see anything in the book that ***** always told me to refer to instead of answering my questions does not say when you can take your first vacation or use the program. ***** has had a bad attitude, very unprofessional to me, she said things that a true business person would not conduct themselves that way. I have been calm and respectful until ***** just dismissed my questions. Now *************** is telling me that they will talk to me next year ****. That ***** is the only person in our region to deal with, that in March **** there will be someone else I can talk to. I was never upset with ***************, he doesnt know how poorly ***** treated me or he would fire her. He is taking her side, not the customers. I don't care if we did use one vacation, or I did sign the ducusign, or whatever. I'm not getting answers, I'm afraid they won't follow through when we do want to use the vacations. They ***** and *************** are not true to their word. I want others to know so they don't get in this situation. They need to refund our money and let this go.Customer response

Silver Breeze Travel will follow policy and there will be no refunds given client signed and accepted all terms and conditions of the policy. We look forward to traveling client in the future to her discretion.
