      I would like to complain about the fact I spent 20$ on a cotton candy fume vape for it to not hit at all no smoke I go and try to hit it and all it does is make me cough and no smoke its a waste of money honestly and a waste of time I was all excited and the vape is ruined vape does not do anything smh

      I have purchased Fume vapes from local merchants for many years now. The quality of these vapes have completely went down hill. More than half of the vapes I buy are FAULTY AND CANNOT BE USED! I have had to throw hundreds-thousands of dollars away as FUME, nor the merchant will honor replacements or refunds. These devices are not functioning as intended. Vapes will not turn off after puff. This causes non-stop igniting, becomes extremely hot, burning up all of the internals and/or causing premature battery failure. THESE ARE BECOMING DANGEROUS AS I RECEIVED BURN FROM JUST PICKING UP THE DEVICE THAT WONT TURN OFF.It is not the merchants selling, as I buy these at all different stores across South **. I have reached out to Fume from their website, with no help or resolution. **** says to go back to the merchant, the merchants say there is nothing they can do. We are getting ripped off with these products where ultimately after device failure, they do not work and need to be thrown away. FUME; you need to stand by your products to be in safe and working condition for the End-Users.

      Hello, about a month ago my wife has purchased 2 and today Ive purchased 2 myself and all of them were defected. All 4 **** BOX 8000.A total $100 down the drain since the smoke shop refused to exchange them for the 2 time.The smoke shop is Called ****************** :***************************************************** My wife and I have been users of the product for over 2 years, never experienced any issues like this before .I checked the authentication numbers and all are authenticated.Unfortunately we threw away one of the boxes away before realizing that the products have issues.Im not sure whats happened to the quality control but theyre failing. Since then I Shev tried to reach out to **** customer service via email and all contacts information provided on their site but no answer or reply.I sent pictures and videos of the defected product that costed me $100 before tax at the smoke shop.I dont recommend purchasing a product that doesnt come with valid customer service.

      I bought a vape last night at midnight an my cape was dead by 3:45 p.m the following day .. i got maybe 10 hits out of it and it was dead !! Usually the vape will last me 3 days .. this is ridiculous!!!

      I bought the vape used occasionally for 2 maybe 3 days and the vape was done. I have bought plenty of vapes for cheaper than the $21.30 I was charged and it last a whole week. The flavor didnt even taste like bubble gum I was very very disappointed with the product.

      I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING **** ULTRA VAPES (PINEAPPLE ICE FLAVOR) AND THE PRODUCT (ALMOST EVERY****) IS DEFECTIVE AND I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY BECAUSE EITHER IT DOES NOT SHUT OFF AFTER TAKING A PUFF AND IT GETS HOT AND I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY BEFORE IT EXPLODES AND OR I NEVER GET CLOSE TO THE AMOUNT OF PUFFS I AM SUPPOSE TO GET WITH THE PRODUCT. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME I WOULD SAY AT THE LEAST 7 ****S IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND THEY COST ME 22 DOLLARS EVERY****. THEY ARE THE **** ULTRA'S. MOST OF THE **** ITS THE MORE PUFFS, MORE EXSPENSIVE ONE THAT DOESNT WORK. I PAY MORE AND GET LESS WITH IT AND ITS VERY UPSETTING. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE MONEY I HAVE SPENT ON THEM COMPAIRED TO THE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT I GET! ITS A RIPOFF AND I REALLY WOULD LIKE A REFUND AND OR EXCHANGE AND OR REPLACEMENT OF THE MONIES I HAVE THROWN OUT FOR BAD PRODUCT. THANK YOU , *****************
