This company was hired to remove a downed tree as a result of Hurricane Ian. Their estimator came to my property on Oct. 15, 2022 and wrote out the invoice for tree and stump removal in addition to trimming back two additional trees. The company arrived at the property on Tuesday Oct. 18, 2022 and promptly began the removal. They owner tried to cut the remaining stump, but left a portion of the stump with some large roots and left. I have called the company several times requesting that they honor their contract and was told they were scheduling their stump grinder to come out. I was told by Brad that he would call me back and let me know when they would be out to finish the job. They are no longer answering my calls and I have left messages requesting that they complete the job.Business response

Customer was not satisfied with amount of the stump we removed. The customer will need to contract a stump grinder that has a special machine for leveling out the stump to his liking. I spoke with Bryan and was told that their stump grinder was behind and would be scheduled to grind the remainder of the stump.I have called them several times as was assured that they would be finishing the job. Now they don't even answer my calls or return calls from messages I leave on their voice mail. I have had this company totally remove 3 trees so far and the first two that were removed they sent a stump grinder to remove the remainder of the stump. I specifically stated when I signed the contract that the stump needed to be ground as it was with the first two and was guaranteed they would complete the job the same way they did the first two trees. I have a copy of the contract and when their employee came out to quote me the price, I was specifically told they would be sending their stump grinder out to remove the stump. I called Brian several times after the tree was removed and was told their stump grinder was behind and would be scheduled to grind the stump as soon as he was available. This is the third time I am using their service and each time I had a tree removed, the stump was ground to compete the job.Initial Complaint

Absolutely Ridiculous to deal with. They removed a tree from our neighbors yard. Entered our yard with our permission, damaged our Gate, paver walkway and left trash all over the place in our yard. Its been a week and I was promised they would fix the issues. Call the office given the number of the "Head Boss" he has ignored my text messages. Call the office again, ignored my call however when I called from another # they answered right away. Again promises to fix the issues, "we'll have someone call you to schedule a time to come out to repair the issues in a day or two" Haven't heard anything back yet, so we contact the office. They read our message but still have not responded. I have never dealt with such a company that has such a lack of respect for other peoples properties. Now I have to worry about my 2 year getting cut or hurt on the broken walkway every time she goes outside. I want our gates secured that they broke and repair/fix the broken walkway that they drove over and busted.
