The owner **** is unreliable. I was trying to sell a 21 footer 2012 trailer he mentioned to me by text and verbal That he would buy it for around between 5 to $6000. I told him the owner of the ** is now homeless were looking to get rid of it preferably $6000. ** has king size bed, and porcelain toilet no dinette, He is well aware of what was inside. Told us he would be at the campground on June 1 between 11 to 12 oclock. **** did not appear till 3:30 PM that afternoon. I had to be calling him several times, For a time of estimate arrival. For each time I called he said Ill be there in a half an hour. He appeared at 3:30 PM, he cut the owner of the ** a check for $4500. I told him he did poor business. He stated 5000 By text and verbally he looked at me and said hes not here to negotiate. I asked him if he realize the owner of the ** is now homeless which is one of the reasons why we were looking for $5000 check. I also reminded him he had no common courtesy to call us up and give us an estimated arrival. He had us wait from 11 oclock in the morning till 3:30 in the afternoon. He even told me on the phone and to my face that he Bought an ** trailer for $5000 and turn around and sold it for $9000 a $4000 profit went into his pocket. He later got into his antique car that is in mint condition, smiled and drove away.

ALL PEOPLE READING THIS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY ! Read the other reviews as well . Greg had a boat trailer that was falsely advertised. He listed the trailer as 44 feet. I called him and asked him to please measure it and verify before I drive the 3.5 hours to come for it. He refused, stating that he was accurate on his description. He asked me what kind of boat I had, and he said “the exact same boat came off of that trailer, it will fit for sure” so, I drove all the way up there only to find out the trailer was 6 feet shorter than he advertised. I questioned him on this, and Hehasked me again what kind of boat I had….I told him a different boat this time, and he said again, “that’s exactly what came off this trailer.” so right there you can see that he is a liar. He also said “ I’ve been doing this for 40 years, your boat will fit on this”. In reality, all he’s been doing is screwing people for 40 years. My boat would never fit on this trailer. He tried everything to get me to buy the trailer, but I told him I would be looking for the right size trailer. I also said to him that he should change his listing description and advertise the accurate size of the trailer and not waste people’s time. . He got angry, and just walked away. I said to him “is this how you treat your customers? “ And he threw me the middle finger and kept walking. This is not the kind of salesman anyone wants to deal with. **HE IS A REAL SCUMBAG. **I’m just glad he didn’t get my business. So I am warning all of you. Please read the reviews before you go to this place.

Owner answered the phone when I called to inquire about an RV he has on his lot and I am speechless as to how rude he is. I would never purchase or do business with someone like this and nor should anyone. He told me if he took a photo of the rv I inquired about it’s price would go up $2500 and I needed to come tonight if I was interested!
