I had my roof replaced with Imperial Roofing in 2018, via Lowes.I contacted Imperial regarding a leak and have not received any return call or remedy. The roof is warranted for life. I am attempting to get it repaired and a claim processed through the warranty company and it seems that Imperial Roofing never answers the phone and the voicemail is full. The roof is not old at all and the cost to install it was not cheap, thus prompting me to get a remedy through the installation company.Business response

Hello . Ive tried to reach the customer several times. We can make the repair and yes the roof has a Golden pledge warranty on it . Were happy to resolve the issue. Please contact us on our personal number that so left you a message with. Thank you and Best Regards.
