In Sept 2018 we were approached by Wholesale Services of Savannah for timeshare relief using *********-Clifton LLC in Destin FL. We signed documents giving *********-Clifton limited POA to negotiate our Club Lakeridge timeshares weeks in Reno NV. We paid $5695 to transfer our 4 timeshare weeks, out of our name. Things initially progressed fine or so we thought by communication received by both Cassie and Stacy at *********-Clifton in June 2019. In Nov 2019 we received an email from *********-Clifton that future communication would come from Legal Support Professionals LLC. After we made an inquiry in March 2020 as to the status of the transfer, we received an email from Stacy on 4-24-20 from the email address ************************************* stating: “In reference to a current update, we expected a cancellation of your timeshare contracts with Club Lakeridge Resort before the end of 2019. Our office followed up with the timeshare developers this week to discuss expediting the final paperwork considering the current national crisis. When we receive a response, we will advise you of the process going forward.” We knew COVID was slowing businesses down as non-essential staff was furloughed or working from home; so, we exercised patience. In 2019 we stopped receiving any communication, including maintenance fee notices for each of the 4 weeks from Club Lakeridge - and took that as a good sign. Then in Mar 2023 we get an email from Club Lakeridge regarding the next Board of Director meeting. I thought it was odd since we assumed these had been taken out of our name, I emailed Legal Support Professionals LLC and didn't receive a reply. I tried calling but their phone number(s) were disconnected or didn’t ring through. Last week Club Lakeridge sent us past due notices for the accumulated amount of maintenance fees for 5 yrs from 2019-2023 plus late fees, totaling more than $5000 for "each" of the 4 weeks. WE NEED THIS RESOLVED!!

We hired, Justin ****** & David ****** (husband) Support Professionals on 6/13/2019 to help us end our timeshare with ******. We paid them $13,000. Attached is an American Express credit card statement of this cost we paid Support Professionals, listed as Vacation Select Services. We received an email on 10/7/19 that Attorney Gallagher and Vacation Select Services merged (email attach). Attached is credit card statement from Affinity Plus Bank of the payments to the timeshare. They were to terminate our timeshare, protect our credit and bills from the timeshare, and support us with getting a refund of a down payment we put down on the timeshare. Attached is representative agreement and emails with The Gallagher Firm. I sent Support Professionals an email on 5/30/2020 informing a collection notice from ERC of timeshare related. In the email on 5/30/20, it provides details of what we expected them to follow up on. We received emails that they were working on things & last email we received from them was 7/1/20. We sent emails and they never followed up with us. They didn't complete any of the work they were supposed to be supporting us in relations to the timeshare cancellation. I received a summons for court for not paying our timeshare credit card with Barclay Banks. I went to court on 9/25/23 to fight it but without any documentation from Support Professionals proving they fought against this collection. I didn't have the evidence to get out of it. The next hearing is set up for 11/29/23 for the judge to give a summary judgement hearing. Attached are court documents to prove this has been going on and the reason we are sending this complaint after a year of when this all started. We were told by Support Professionals to not pay any of our bills and they will take care of things. They have not followed through on the services they were supposed to give us. The reason for the delay in sending a complaint was ongoing court/collections.

My husband and I entered into a Service Agreement with ******** *********** Group (Robert ****) of Destin Florida. We paid a $4,500 retainer fee to hire an attorney to recoup funds paid to a timeshare company. This retainer, paid in 3 installments, was charged by a company called Support Professionals of Destin Florida. I communicated with a representative of this company named Paul several times who reassured me that ******** *********** was working on the issue and it would be resolved in one year as the contract specified. I am unable to recoup the monies paid, $4,500, from ******** *********** Group, and now wish to recoup the monies from Support Professionals, the company who actually took the money.

We were told to stand by and this will pass through the courts and take about a year to resolve. After a few months we hadn't heard anything. So we started calling and were not able to contact anyone only to find out that all the phone numbers we have are disconnected or no answer. We submitted a complaint to the BBB in St. Louis and was told to Send it to Florida. When we called to check on it there is no record, So I am resubmitting my complaint.

****** Deed Transfer, LLC is no longer in business. Any money back guarantees would be between claimant and ****** Deed Transfer, who I assume claimant signed a contract with.
