              Ordered a few of there products back on February 27, 2022. They said it will take four to six weeks for delivery. It is now May 2nd and have had zero updates and no luck contacting through the website. I have reached out through email 4 times, social media (Facebook) as well and no response. After checking there Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Flashback-Entertainment-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/ , I see that I am not the only one this company has ripped off. There seem to be several people on there Facebook page that have been having the same issues I have been experiencing. My order totaled $140.50 and was charged this on 2/27/22. What can I do to fix this situation? Thank you for your time in advance. Respectfully, **** *****

              This business is starting to look like a scam to me. Beware. Here's my timeline of events: 4/6/21 - Placed an order for some items (website ETA lists 10-16 days). 4/6/21 - Sent email with questions about 1 item and received an answer right away. 4/29/21 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 5/19/21 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 7/15/21 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 9/8/21 - Located their Facebook page and saw a post with other customer complaints. Ryan (the owner) answered some of these mentioning he was going to contact them and to use a different email address instead 9/8/21 - Sent email to the new address. 9/8/21 - Received reply stating my last item was being finished "this week" and would ship "sometime this coming week" 12/19/21 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 2/16/22 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 3/16/22 - Sent email to inquire about my order. No reply. 3/16/22 - Posted a message on their Facebook page explaining my situation. (message was deleted)
