Be wary on using this service online for ******* as they do not state or advise prior to registering or prior to purchasing items to then ship about how they calculate their shipping costs....they mislead the consumer intentionally as they have a shipping calculator however they do not disclose that in reality they round up packages to the nearest pound, example 3 items, 1st item weighs **** pounds, 2nd item weighs **** pounds, 3 rd item weighs 2.1 pounds....you then group the items on their site to request shipping, they state total as 2.6 pounds however they will charge you based on 5 pounds !!! which is unjust enrichment against the consumer as this is not disclosed upfront..... what they do is tell you that the 1st item is 1 pound, second item is 1 pound and 3rd item is 3 pounds....thereby totaling 5 pounds ?!!! therefore they are not actually charging or doing what they initially disclosed to the consumer......instead of rounding up the aggregate from 2.6 pounds total to 3 pounds, they round up each and every item ...thereby undue enrichment....its a scam.. anyone interested please let me know as if enough customers have this experience, we can do a class action lawsuit or we will consider individually taking them to court in the US as well as *******...although not sure if there are any consumer protection laws in *******....so beware in using these services....

I recommend gringos like myself DO NOT use Servientrega. They made shipping very difficult, and their system is so poor that they allowed me to ship three times knowing my stuff could not be delivered to me in ********, specifically vitamins. They also did not make clear that you cannot ship over a a number of items, they made it sound like a certian number of identical products, but its the total number of products, even if they not related to each other... in other words a pencil would count as 1 product.When I inquired why they let new users make so many errors and thus get their things seized by customs they just say it's up to the customer to keep up to date on the restrictions. That. might be true as far as liablilty, but it's still a poor attitude to have for a client wanting to ship things correctly. Their system is full of all sorts of traps that get your stuff seized, so I will look elsewhere as I have already lost over $900 of merchandise, and nobody once contacted me to tell me what was going on, I only found out a MONTH after things were supposed to have arrived. In short, the service is terrible and restrictions not clear, on top fo the fact they don't guide or help at all, they just keep saying how they aren't responsible for anything, which I was not asking them to pay me, I was asking how to get it done correctly! Forget Servientrega, nothing but headaches, stress, and lost money for me!

esta es la empresa mas ******** que existe en usa , no se como les permiten hacer negocios aqui ,y las personas mas desonrradas que hay en colombia , les deberia dar pena poner tan bajo a su pais , por estas personas esta colombia como esta . la senora ******** y ***** hacen de esa empresa un desastre , no se donde estan los duenos , que no ven a donde le estan llebando su negocio , abran los ojos ,y no usen mas a esta partida de delincuentes ,,me rompieron 2 latop , me dijeron madame fotos ,y cuanto costo , al cabo de un mes , me dijeron que no las habian roto ellos , y ya , son unos groceros ,
