I met a friend for lunch at Bertucci's in Mansfield. We ordered a bottle of wine as it is cheaper than having 2 glasses each which were $12 per 8oz glass. A bottle is 24oz. They charged us $58 for a bottle of Kendall Jackson. I called the manager and she said this was a corporate issue so I emailed them to no avail... Since then I have checked other restaurants a bottle of Kendal Jackson is $36. It is always cheaper to buy by the bottle than by the glass. It is all to do with the principle of the matter!!!! I was at your restaurant July 13,2022 in woburn .orderd food had a $10.00coupon off 30.******* the server said couldn't use it I spent $over $50. When I got home I call** him.he said he made a mistake and and will take it off my cr**it card but never did Do next month when I got my statement sure enough he didn't. So I call** spoke to him on phone and he said I remember you.i was in a wheelchair .he said he would mail me a gift card.gave him address never happen** So I call** w ** and ask** ********* garret the manager he was at a meeting.sopose to call me back.nevet did.call** today Sept.23 they clos** up the business.i don't know infant thing will be done about this nut what a way to run a business.im elderly work** hilltop years ago .this is not keeping your customers happy. Last night we stopped in at the Che lsford location for a meal...I ordered the insulata salad with grilled shrimp and my friend order just a side of meatballs. There were not many people at the time we went aprox 8pm..we waited for an hour for our meal after asking the waitress several times...meanwhile three other parties around us were seated and almost done eating..I called over the manager who had nothing but excuses (no apology) while he was walking away our meal showed up. Well after eating three or four of the shrimp I noticed they were half raw ..I called the waitress over again. She apologized and did remove my meal from the bill...but never said anything or notified the manager. I woke I. The middle of the night with upset stomach and diarrhea thru today. I am one unhappy customer!
