  I dropped clothing off to *****'s Clothing Consignment in early May 2023. It was explained clothing not sold after 3 months would be donated, but they were limiting days/hours for summer. I inquired about handbags, bc I have an abundance of handbags that I no longer use as regularly and would like to sell and update myself. I was told to bring them in bc they never donate purses/handbags and what doesn't sell would be returned. I was told I would be paid for what did sell and for what did not sell, my handbags set aside and again reassured they would be kept not sold until I picked them up. I took the following to *****'s Clotheshorse Consignment: Coach and *************** Handbags complete with Dustbags and Company Logo Fobs Attached; adding value to the Handbags. In addition, other handbags left at ******* Clotheshorse Consignment: ********************************) and (1) Longchamps Handbag (New) (1) Talbots large Tote with matching MakeUp Bag also new with store tags attached. I phoned last week Thursday, to state I would pick up my handbags that didn't sell the next day (Friday) after an eye appointment. I showed up to pick up my unsold Handbags. I wasn't able to properly view, read and compare my list in the car due to my eye issue and it being dilated. By evening on Friday as my vision returned to normal, I compared the list prepared by *****'s Clotheshorse Consignment to the purses I picked up that day. I then compared to the list of items sold according to the only check stub I received from *****'s. I have Handbags missing that were not returned. I compared to my paper trail of the only check stub I received from *****'s Clotheshorse. This check stub does not reflect the sale of any of the Handbags that are missing. I have phoned *****'s Clotheshorse Consignment four times to no avail. My calls are going ignored and My Designer Handbags are not in my possession nor have I been paid for the sale of these handbags. I have supporting documents to back up my statement.

  ********************* dropped off 5 purses in May.  She was given an inventory sheet and the 5 purses were listed on the sheet.  ********************* then contacted us after picking up 4 of the 5 purses in November.   We found the missing 5th purse and contacted her.  She sent an email today 1/4/24..  She stated it was ok to donate the last one.  ********************* believes she dropped off a 6th purse but we have no record of it.  She did not go over the inventory in May.  We only listed 5 purses.  Unfortunately by November we cannot confirm that a sixth purse was brought in.  She has been paid for items that sold.  We have apologized for not returning her phone call.  I have been out of the shop for health reasons and the girls did not check voice mails.  They have been instructed to check daily so this does not occur again.
