This company provided a contract to sign prior to agreeing to service but would not provide an estimate. I am familiar with any business charging approximately 100 dollar stop or service charge. I assumed because no amount was stated the charge would be approximately that amount. The technician spent 15-25 minutes in my house if that. He replaced one broken GFI plumb in my guest bath and proc3ded to try the electrical,Gus in my kitchen.. 5 of them with my hair dryer. They now all worked. He left. I called and received a bill for $434.00. I mailed them a check for 100 service call and 35 new gfi and an additional 50 which I feel was MORE than adequate and in itself too much for the small amount of work done and time spent. My check was not charged but my cc was billed for the full amount of 434+++ dollars. I am contesting with you and with my ccvompany. Businesses of this cal bar who abuse the industry and charge exorbitant amounts for little work shoul I the least have their licenses revoked. I would hope BBB would take a stand for me and prevent anyone else from being gouged by them.

We're sorry You feel this way but your facts are all very wrong.

There are a few things you mentioned that never happened and we have proof of every single one.

You mentioned that you sent a check for $175 but we never processed it and that we charged the credit card for $434 which in fact the only money we collected from you was the $175 you choose to pay with the check when the invoice was for $275, That invoice was the original one, it was never reduced price or anything so we don't know where the $434 are coming from, we never heard of it, never invoiced you any other amounts or invoices. Furthermore, we never collected any information on your credit card, so if in reality, you had a charge for $434 could've never come from us and you should check with your credit card bank if this is a true fact.

We also have GPS on each truck and we do have in fact the proof that our tech was there for two hours not 15 to 20 minutes as you claimed.

So I believe the only fact that you have right is that we did do work for you.
We sent you an invoice for $275 and you sent a check for $175 with a couple of emails with very angry words. After that you sent a payment for $175; we never called you or bothered you so we don't understand why you are so bitter about it.

The bill was from a corporate office naming you as the company providing the services. . I will correct the claim on on my credit card....however. If your electrician said 2 hours..that is totally untrue..he is misleading you on the time..maybe he stopped for lunch. It doesn't take 2 hours to replace a gfi and check plugs corrected.
