gpt my wife medical financing through US credit whonhad it serviced through zuntifi. They offered a 0% interest for 18 months. However the entire deal was setup in a deceptive predatory way. It was implied to use that the 18 months was the term of the financing when infact a Promotion was setup for 18 months with a loan for 24 months. The payments were then set up for 24 months. They intentionally omitted this info and even set up the suggested payments. As a result the consumer (me) would think they were making sufficient payments to adhere to the 18 month promo, when in fact it was setting us up for failure of the promotion which would automatically hit us with the interest automatically. There was no disclosure or warning that our payments were not sufficient enough to adhere to the promotion. It wad actually implied that it would be sufficient. This feels very predatory. Please help!
