July 2022 Refund for cancellation. attempted to cancel thru their methods, which were a contact form. they never made contact back. continued to try their form, eventually got a number ,but they refused to deal with issue, said it needed to be thru the contact form, that they would call me. They never did. I booked a trip thru them on their ferry for the 3 of us in the family. I could not go and tried to cancel. I paid close to **** dollars for the three of us. i tried requesting the 309 dollars for my cancellation which they never completed. I disputed with the credit card company, their reply was from their legal department of a document with over 50 pages. they have set up their business as an attempt to steal from consumers. look at any trip reviews and see all the same issues.Initial Complaint

On August 31st 2022 a blue sterilite bin with several items (clothing, coffee maker, shoes, lights etc.) along with a brown box that contained a speaker was dropped off to the departure terminal in *************** to arrive in ******** Grand ******. I phoned the company asking whats is the vessels ETA I was told 2:30/3 I then called back again at 3 asking if the vessel had arrived I was informed by a balearia employee by the name of ***** that I wont be able to clear my items on August 31st I would have to get them September 1st 2022. He didnt indicate a time or stated that travelers neither non-travelers would clear on August 31st which left room for me the customer to assume everything was then taken to Warehouse 5 in Freeport. September 1st I arrived to warehouse 5 at 12pm to declare my goods, I was told the items were being transported over from the terminal to warehouse 5. Being a frequent shipper Ik the process is a bit lengthy & I was on a break from work. I then asked a FHC employee what time would be good to come back he stated 2pm. At 2pm I returned expecting both of my items awaiting my arrival only to be told theres only one item that came for me which is the box with the speaker. I started to inquire about my goods I was then lead to Balearia. I called several times ***** was very nonchalant and unhelpful with the situation. He then told me I didnt get to check what all came so Im not sure which is very negligent of him and the company. He told me his manager was out of office until September 12th 2022. In the midst of awaiting her return I spoke to ***************************** the warehouse manager in ***************, nothing came out of that. I asked ***** to check in ****** since on the 31st was a loop day (From *** to ****** from ****** to ********) ***** stated its not possible for it to be there. I told him it is because *** had something that went there by mistake before & it was sent on the next voyage. Even after explaining that he still was of
