I bought fiberoptic cables for new construction of a home. I called around for them and after speaking with this company, and if you note the comments on the invoice, informed them of ALL my equipment (which was new), and, was reassured that no matter what it was or what I had, their cables are made to work with anything, everything, and if not, they will make it work, and they are adaptable into the future for any changes in tech.Well, they do not work. Because of the pandemic, the cables were bought in 2021, but not used until construction finished after covid delays. After about 100 emails, and no phone calls, dodging of important questions and answers, purposely obfuscating issues, I called the company before filing this complaint, and was treated so terribly that I cant imagine anyone would do business with this company, ever. The company, having known exactly what they were selling me and for what components, after being informed the cables did not work, said that it was due to the equipment I told them I had before I bought the cables. Then they said, the cable needs power injection - after about 40 emails - knowing this the entire time, then lied about actually sending them - another 3 weeks. After having me make videos, take pictures, essentially driving me nuts, lost a week of work, business and planning for getting the A/V connected and going, same place we started. Now, the company wants to point fingers, and blame the ** unit. They have literally wasted months of my time and brain. Horrid company, even worse support. I am left with NOTHING that either works, nor can be re-run because I had one shot at new in-wall construction. They do not also understand the language which is not said in any way other than it inhibits communication even more-so. I had different company names replying to emails, nothing made sense, and they would not answer ANY questions regarding their company.Initial Complaint

The product was purchased December 2021, a component of the product has failed I have attempted to contact the company by phone, and was told to email them for support. I did so and have not received any response. I had to purchase a replacement for the product to replace the failed component out of necessity. They promptly responded and shipped the product the next day. Seems they only care about the sale. I even created a ticket, from a form on their website and still no response. I see others with the same complaint, on social media platforms. a quote from their website. "All our products are covered with 5 Years of *************** unlimited tech support". I have been unable to receive either.
