FHIA replaced 14 windows and 3 sliding glass doors for us. All of the workmanship and the products themselves were exceptional! The teams were all very helpful with any concerns we had, especially ********** Afterwards they did a great job of cleaning up. A neighbor recommended FHIA as we needed one hurricane impact window in the front of our house. From start to finish, the entire process was easy. The communication from them to us was so complete that I never had to call them to ask when???., whats next???. They provided everything we needed to submit to our HOA for approval. The installers were respectful of our property and cleaned everything up before they left. The follow up after installation just sealed the dealthey are so concerned that everything goes well and they have firm procedures in place to ensure that. I highly recommend FHIA.Review from Rita L

I contacted fhia through the website wanting a quick estimate before having anyone come out to the house. I didnt get a quick estimate sent to my email like the website said. Then I started getting texts and calls from this company at least twice a day. The calls and texts stopped for a few days and then I got a text that was a partial lie and a partial scare tactic. I had only had contact through the website at this time. Here is what the text says It's been 5 days since you updated me about your Windows/Doors project with FHIA. Prices went up like a balloon! Will you pop in now? It has been more then 5 days since I had done the website questionnaire and now they are telling me that in two weeks the prices sky rocketed. I didnt reply to that text either. I got another text the next day asking if Im ghosting them and telling me there has been zero movement in my process. I replied to this one and said I am no longer interested. Now this company is calling me. This company has no morals or boundaries. I do not recommend this company they are *****.Review from David C

I recently had my windows and sliding door installed by FHIA. The prices and the warranty are well worth it for the quality of the windows and the workmanship. They communicate with you throughout the process and give you what they promised. I want to especially mention the professionalism of Salesman ***** ***, Field mgr. ****, the crew of installers led by ***** and Service Tech ****. These guys are a credit and an asset to the company. They richly deserve recognition. Two thumbs for FHIA and their team.Review from Albert A

We had a great experience with FHIA. ***** and his crew were great, they put coverings over the furniture to protect it, also put coverings on the floor. They worked from 10:00 am non stop until 3:30. They cleaned up after themselves and youd never even know that they had been there at all, unless you looked at the windows of courseReview from Celine Z

"Amazing experience! I needed to remodel my windows and doors and these professionals did it in record time. They installed new PVC pieces with triple glazing to improve thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as protection against high impact. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness at all times. The installation was carried out on time and with impeccable cleanliness. I am very satisfied with the final result and with the attention to detail shown by the technicians and their site manager. Without a doubt, recommending them is a must. The final result is impressive and has significantly improved the comfort of my home. Thank you very much for your excellent work!"
