***** was extremely helpful, was comfortable dealing with him.Wish we could travel business class but the price for Premium class is affordable.Our travel is not until later so lets see how the journey goes.I am confident that everything will be good Thank you ******

This company is shady, dishonest, and non-responsive to inquiries for updates. My flight was changed, departing 25 mins later, they called out that change and asked me to accept it. They did not call out that it changed my layover from 90 minutes to FOURTEEN hours. I then asked for a refund which is valid based on the airlines terms of carriage. Its been 8 business days and I am still waiting for my refund.Business Travel Group LLC Response
