They need to be shut down! Delray Beach location. ***** manager and her assistant. I paid 292.00 for eye glasses, there doctor did the eye exam and twice they have redone the lense prescription and still WRONG! I asked for a refund after the first mistake- I could not see a thing. They denied my refund and demanded that I needed to see there dr. Again INCASE my eyes changed. Hello- they were just recently tested 2 wks ago. I said for what? I demanded that they check the script on there lensmeter. That's how bad they were. She answers me and says- WE CHECK ALL THE GLASSES WHEN THEY COME IN AND BEFORE WE GIVE THEM TO YOU. I said then show ME the readout and proof. She denied that and said. We dont have a print out. We just look! I was very upset, I don't have time to reschedule and at this point- I didn't trust them. She wouldn't refund my money. I followed her process. Rescheduled 2 wks. Later guess what- the dr. Asked why was I back? I said you tell me. They delivered the glasses to me and they were not my prescription, they said your vision could have changed- she looked startled and said- why didnt they check these glasses on the lensemeter before seeing me again. i followed the process, the dr. Said i only see a very slight difference in your script. It should not have made a big difference. She followed the process and had them remake the glasses I told him I dont want you to make Progressive- i don't trust your lab- just give me bifocals. So , I understand why they wouldn't check the glasses infront of you. They would not take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY for the lenses poorly made. She lied on my account and said that I couldn't adjust to progressives. That's a lie I told *****- . Anyhow- they made the 2ND PAIR. and they were strong, my left eye hurt. I demanded a refund. Said NO- I went to my Eye Associates and they gave me the print out- YES, left eye was wrong. I showed her she said that's wrong. I am filing a claim and going to local news, FTC- senior
