We had a home under contract. Per inspections, we needed to do a tent. ***** sent an estimate and asked for a 50% down payment to secure the date, confirming that he guaranteed the money back if the deal fell through. On June 16th, I paid $2,126. Nine days later, the deal fell through, and I immediately updated *****. He promised to reimburse the deposit. Since then, after multiple phone calls and text messages, over two months passed, and the money was not reimbursed. ***** stopped returning my calls or text messages.Initial Complaint

On June 18 2024 I entered into a fumigation agreement with Safe zone Pest Control LLC. I paid him a 50% deposit of over $1700. He instructed me to have my pool enclosure taken down which cost me $1400. The fumigation was scheduled to take place on 7/12/24. I voluntarily paid the remaining deposit on June 28, 2024. On the day of the fumigation no one ever showed up. After reaching out to owner. He said that scheduling was backed up and the fumigation would occur the next day. I reserved a hotel room for my family based on his representation, but they never showed up. After that they stopped answering my calls.Initial Complaint

I sold my home and contracted the termite company to come rent the house for the buyer. I paid half. I sent the money via Zelle. They didnt tent it. I had to get another company to do it instead. Please call me at ************. Im relocation. And I have no other way of getting this money back. I was suggested to try filing a complaint. I have proof of the Zelle payment.
