I am attempting to open a Shopify store for dropshipping and set up an app, TopDawg as the supplier. The shipping will not add up correctly and shopify blames TopDawg and TopDawg Blames shopify and we have been going back and forth for weeks and this has wasted HOURS upon HOURS of my time and neither company will fix this issue. Shopify and TopDawg integrate and I can not be the only one with this issue, You all need to work together to FIX THIS! I have emailed and gone through numerous emaisl and calls for assistance and get NO WHERE. ESCALATE THIS to the proper person to resolve this issue please! If this can not be resolved I would like a refund.Business response

We apologize for any inconvenience your shipping issues have caused and have issued a credit of $39.98 to your TopDawg account.
Our intention has always been to help you resolve any issues you have with your Shopify store integration but have not experienced the issue you are dealing with before. Normally, issues of this nature are the result of an incorrect setting in your Shopify account regarding shipping preferences.
We have explored all ways to assist you with your Shopify shipping preference settings without having to involve our IT team. At this point,would you be willing to allow our developers to access your Shopify store admin to ensure that everything has been set up properly on your end?

I am rejecting this response because: Yes, absolutely. I have offered that in the past with allowing you to look at it as well offered to Shopfiy to look at my account with you.
