*********************** in the ****** area is amazing! He is honest and extremely informative . He has serviced my unit during the past year twice! He really has the customers back! Tries to fix the problem before costing the customer a ton of money! He truly seems to care about the customer! He deserves a raise! He is an asset to the company! ??Review from Micheal C

We received excellent service in Lehigh. ****** diagnosed our air exchanger issues without trying to sell us the farm, and let me know the ballast for the ** light was bad, a very expensive part, which he threw in at no charge. He had already let me know the charge for the job before finding the bad ballast. Next day ***** and ***** removed, cleaned, dried and reinstalled everything, plus improving the pipe drain configuration for removing excess moisture and the next day ***** installed the new ballast. I'm very well satisfied with the quality of their work and their knowledgeable, friendly technicians!Review from Anthony D

Called office of control air last week.They set up a visit from service tech two days later.He looked at
our condo air unit,he spent about 15 mins with us while he advised us we needed a blower fan.I looked on line and found many 1/3 motors priced from 99$ to 149$ which was in line for that part.He then told me that he was having difficult times getting parts.I asked him what would it cost to put part in?He advised me it would run 769.00$ I asked him could you go over his estimate,Does your company charge by the hour,which is about 55 -89$ per hour for an electrician.He told me he charges by the job.I told him
his estimate was way too high based on my 60 years on earth and dealt with people who try to take advantage of others.We needed it fixed today having a tenant renting from us.Later that day he called me and said he found the part and would send a man to replace fan motor.We met with the tech at condo,he began working 423 pm was finished by 450pm.When i reviewed the bill I asked him if he thought this was a fair charge. He said he only works here and could not explain himself .What do you think?Be aware and careful when choosing any service in Florida.The way I look at this is 199$ buying part from them,50$ profit and ! hour labor @ 100labor.Stop this type of Bad Over priced ********.How do you sleep at night? *****

The model number for this equipment is FEM4P2400AL. I invite anyone to look up how much this ICP (carrier) motor actually cost. Not sure where this customer is looking online but I (owner of Quality Control Air) also looked online and found the motor ranging from $750.00 to over $1000.00. There is cheaper 1/3 motors that you can see but not that would work with this equipment and/or are not blower motors but CU motors instead. Again, something that would not work in this repair. The customer agreed to the $786.97 cost of repair and we managed to repair the unit the same day. The charge included the emergency service call, the actual part itself, and the labor to install it. The customer paid the invoice. This customer had every freedom to choose another company if he did not like our price but chose not to. Please call 3 companies and find out what there charge would have been to do this repair on a carrier system.Customer Response

Stop with your small talk.Sounds like a car sales man in person..Bottom line your company was way out of line charging us that.. Guys keep in mind most companies Electric Cooling etc. share the same qualities.A 24 minute fix should not cost 789.00$ Stop the ** ****Review from Mitch K

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I scheduled them to do a simple maintenance/service for my 84 year old father, after receiving a coupon for a $29.95 "new customer" deal. The technician called me and tried to sell me a ultraviolet light, duct cleaning and informed me the thermostat was not working. I told him I would take care of it. Little did I know, he had somehow destroyed almost all of the 24volt low voltage part of the system. The contractor I called to diagnose the problem had to replace the thermostat, relay, fuse, contacts at the condenser and 2 low voltage wires that were all fried. It cost my dad over $820.00 to repair the damage done by their incompetent technician. The only reason I gave them 1 Star is because I couldn't give them a negative star rating. The service was done at **** ******* ******* I believe that the Port Charlotte office is the one that did this "service". BEWARE of this company as their discounted service is just a way for them to upsell you service and materials that you don't need.
