      Good morning

******** ***** came to the office for check up on Sept 19th, 2024 after 8 years without coming to the office. We took her x-rays and ** ************* explained what the patient needed. The treatment plan was given and explained to the patient. The amount charged was for a non covered service D4381(Antimicrobial agents) this medication is in conjunction with deep cleaning and it is not optional. ** ************* recommended her this type of cleaning due to the moderate plaques and calculus the patient presented. She agreed paying the amount because she called to her dental insurance and was informed that code is not covered in her packet benefits.

Patient had an appointment for her fillings on October 23rd, but unfortunately the ** canceled her day because she had an emergency after her eye surgery and she didn't feel well. We gave her the option to reschedule for the next day and she said she was not gonna come back anymore.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Thank you and have a good day

In all do respect. But this dental " Edison Dental in the mall". Is by far the worse dental place there is. From long waits just to see someone, even with an appointment made and you are on time it takes them almost 2 hours just to see you. Very rude staff I mean very!!! Rude staff. The doctors are even worst. You have people just sitting around chit-chatin and not answering phones or just hanging up on people or even ignoring patients in the office for no reason. Even if you cancel your appointment in a timely manner you still get charged??? That is stealing. The place in whole is uncleanness the rooms have a smell of mildew. The profanity that is spoken in a different language that others can understand. I have ready and seen many many reviews and complaints about this place and still no one has done a thing about it. WHY!!!??? Lack of respect from this business and its staff. Shame on you and shame on them.

      Good morning

First of all, I apology for the past because when I checked your profile, I noticed that the last time you came was on 06/2022. Never, you were charged for a missed appointment.  We have knowledge about the waiting time and the main reason is because we have only one doctor attending all the patients. It is not an excuse.

You came to the office last week, asking for your x-rays, and the whole office smells of mildew due one week before, the office was flooded. Water breakage on one side of the mall. We had humidity machines in the office for 3 weeks. The mall is under reparation right now.

Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

      Have a good day!!!

On 8-11-2023 I made an appt to have my daughter's molar extracted which was abscessed. Unfortunately they are the only place within 3 hours of me that would accept my insurance. I called hundreds of times over the course of two months trying to make a appointment and finally got through after 3 hours of calling in stop . I went to the appointment on 8-12-23 they did the extraction and told me the insurance only covered part of the procedure. They billed me 350$ right there before I could leave . I contacted my insurance after a friend told me that the same thing happened to her but it was thousands of dollars. My insurance informed me that that should have been completely covered, if they had in fact actually charged my insurance which they did not. I called to ask them after I figured out that they did not actually charge my insurance and they just took the money they kept me on hold for 45 minutes and then told me they haven't charged my insurance yet I told them to give me a number and tell me what they were going to be charging to my insurance they refused to do it they refuse to give out receipts and they refused to give any kind of information on billing. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional and they are also lying about their services and the way they are billing things. Unfortunately in our area this is the only dentist that will take this type of insurance which is for low-income families so sadly they are taking advantage of many low-income families I see hundreds of people in and out of their daily as I have a friend who works in the mall and I visit there often. This place needs to be shut down.

      Good morning

On 08/12/2023, the patient came to the office without appointment. Fortunately, our pediatric dentist was in the office and as the patient had an emergency, she was attended in the same day. We took a     x-rays and it showed that she had an aggressive infection on the tooth #**. The only option was extracted the tooth due to the abscess. The Dr. performed the procedure of incision and drainage                 (H31353234313937****32H code D7510) on the tooth. This allowed the pus to drain out. Once the pus had been removed, the Dr. extracted the tooth. Alveoloplasty was performed following a tooth extraction                     (H31353234313937****32H code D7311). This procedure helps recreate the natural contour of the gums and jaw that *** have been lost due to bone loss from tooth extraction.

We are presenting issues with DENTAQUEST portal since Monday 08/14/2023. She called to the office on Tuesday 08/15/2023 and we explained to her why she was charged giving to her the H31353234313937****32H codes. She called us liars because we told her we could not billed to the insurance yet due to the issues with the portal. The office is the most affected because we haven't get paid for any covered treatments on patients including her. We are trying to fix the issues as soon as possible but it is out of our hands. We are still waiting for a prompt solution.

I am rejecting this response because: it is not factual. I did have an appointment whoever scheduling your appointments messed it up but that is not my fault I was told I had an appointment. the reason that I called you a liar is because you could not provide me with the number that you were trying to bill my insurance, if you're trying to bill my insurance why would you not have a number amount? Your response when I asked you hat question was 'it doesn't matter we can bill them how ever much we want '  my insurance company said that you did not try to submit anything, and in fact they told me they had many complaints from your office as well over the last few months, which I have also seen all over your reviews on every online platform. DentaQuest is who told me to call you and ask you how much you were trying to bill to my insurance ....I'm not even worried about the payment at this point I'm worried about you taking advantage of people and lying to them. As for surgery for reconstruction that is also a lie, you simply pulled a tooth that is all that you did you pulled a tooth. After her getting her x-rays done abscess started draining on its own from her biting down. you did no sort of reconstruction on her gum line. I'm not going to go back and forth with this any longer. I have already submitted to the insurance company to investigate you and they can do what they need to do since youre clearly not going to do things the proper way.

      Sincerely,
