I purchased a new 2023 softail harley ******** motorcycle from Rockstar Harley Davidson in Fort Myers. I am 69 years old. I was at the dealership for over three hours. I was very tired when they finally brought me to the Business Manager **** *. He went over the agreement very fast. I also agreed and signed a VIP Membership which added $3200. to my loan. I regreted this very ******** and contacted the dealer the very next morning and tried to cancel the VIP membership. The office manager flated denied my request in a mocking manor. I contacted three attorneys that same day. Unfortunately the profit margin for the firms was not sufficient to take my case. I am distraught with this transaction and feel I was taken advantaged of. I have hardly driven this motocycle since purchased. I would completely appreaciate any help you could offer to at least have the $3200. for the VIP membership voided and taken off my loan. On July 23, 2023, my nephew and I visited Harley ******** of Fort Myers seeking a gift for my husband. We found something and negotiated the price and agreed to $1399. All along we kept telling them that we did not need any of the additional insurance that they were selling. We wanted to leave and come back at a later day because we want to purchase the motorcycle cash. We didnt have enough cash on us. Second, I had an appointment to go to. The finance guy kept pressure us to finance the motorcycle and finish the transaction. He kept telling us that it only going to take five minutes. He kept telling us five more minutes, five more minutes and five more minutes. He have me initial a several line. We reminded him time after time that we dont need any additional insurance or whatever else he was selling. We were under the impression that we were initial to decline those offers. When we were done, we ask for our receipt. We were told that they will send it with all the paperwork. We did not understand why we have to wait for the receipt. We went back for the receipt a couple days later. They refused to give us the receipt. Then, we told them to cancel the transaction. They did not cancel it. Finally, they delivered the motorcycle a moth later. To our surprise, we found that they had charged us over $28,000. About $10,000 of additional insurance. We went back to have them cancel the insurance. My nephew decided to video tape the conversation this time. They refused to cancel the insurance and attempt to give us an explanation. We asked to speak to the owner. the owner tow us out and have my nephew trespass. We wrote a notarized letter requesting for the additional insurance to be canceled send it . We sent that letter certified to the office and their email. To our knowledge, they had not responded. We need help. Thank you.Initial Complaint

A HD trike was purchased but a test drive was not offered to my husband who has diminished physical and mental capacity. He is not even able to operate this vehicle. He is on a fixed income and don't know how he was approved. My husband states he put ***** down but the contract states he put ****** down. To whom it may concern, From the beginning, my experience with rockstar Harley was deceitful, pushy, and overall unsatisfactory. They're incessant sales tactics and terrible customer service have led me to file thttps://clearwater.hurdman.org/ebindr/images/icons16x/scrub.jpghis complaint. I was cut off by a driver and skidded out causing almost $4,000 in damage to my 2021 Sportster 883 Iron on 12/8/2021. It was initially estimated about $700 in damage, which I immediately paid my deductible and received the difference from my insurance company. Since then, a new estimate of about $3,800 was assessed and I had asked multiple times (at least once a week since the new estimate in mid December) for documentation and proof so I could justify those repairs and get that money from my insurance company. And I have still not gotten a response or the help I need in resolving this issue and fixing my bike. I understand times are tough during Covid-19 and parts are in short supply, but this business is an abomination. I asked to speak with their used salesman and he was immediately dismissive and unwilling to even look at the bike until it was fixed and accused me of lacking the integrity to pay the difference in repair if he had given me true value for the bike before it was fixed and would not lower the offer based on the work that would still need to be done either. I'm seeking to rectify this situation as quickly as possible and possible financial restitution because I am also unable to defer payments on my bike through Harley, so I am paying for a bike that I cannot even ride when I'd like to...on top of still recovering from injuries sustained during the accident that on paper is my fault, but it was really more like a hit and run.
