DO NOT ever go to Vinos Picasso to paint. She did not show up. It was dark in the studio and she lied to me saying she was there. The place was dark.She will not give us a substitute date.Scam!!!!!Feb 17th 2023 at 7pm We arrived at 6:45 and stayed until 7:06.Business response

Hello,
My name is ******************************* . I am the owner of Vinos Picasso for the past 5 years.
This is my first complain and such a disappointing situation.
On February 17th I came to studio at 6:50pm. Cleaned up tables and chairs outside and did the setup for 4 people. The class had to start at 7pm. No one was outside, no one called the studio or send email or text message.
In my personal experience I met some people who messed up the day of the week; got sick; emergency or just forgot about the rsvn and didnt show up. I always give them a chance to come back and take a class.
I was in studio till 8pm, took a picture of the studio and had left.
Next day at 4pm the customer had call me. She was very aggressive and rude. I told her that was personally in studio and no one was outside the studio or showing up later. I asked her to let me to speak because I wanted to understand the situation and find the solution. She hanged up the phone.
I sent her text message. Please, see attached screenshots.
She was black mailing to me asking pay her $200 ( when she had paid $168)
She said : $200 or I will contact the better business bureau! The ladies at Harolds will remember me. We want full refund or gift certificate.
My goal is to let people enjoy painting sessions, get relaxed, have a great time and be happy.
I sent to her a gift certificate with her full balance.
Even after that she had posted bad review in ****** and who knows how many customers we had lost.
Not sure if this lady has mental issues, or just had depression, or a bad day/ I am not a doctor. But the way she is acting is not right. If I have to do refund ,- I can do it. There is no problem. But I think if she comes to paint, she can find new relaxing and happy hobby, activity, that help her to express her feelings, disconnect from any problems and enjoy a peaceful and happy moment.
In my 5 years experience I was working with biggest companies, hotels and communities ( **************, **** ******** ******************** County utiliIies, Vank of *******, ****************************** **************, **** **** luxury Appartments etc) . I was 5 times in ABC7 live news; was posted in many magazines, newspapers. I was chosen to teach 102 kids to paint *** veterans and my artwork is on the first page of this book. I did many Fundraiser helping to different causes. I am working with the most famous artist of SWFL ***************************** for last 5 years. I can prove that my company is providing high quality service and have the best 5?? reviews.
