Had work done on my Solar system by Advance Solar. Met with ********************* who did the repairs. Excellent representative for the company. Told me the exact problem and explained everything he was doing. Never rushed or acted like he was in a hurry. Top notch materials and installation of our new solar panels. The pool water started warming up right away. Every single person (*********, and ****) involved in this transaction was very knowledgable, professional, personable, and helpful. Can't say enough regarding *********************** from Advanced Solar. We replaced our old solar panels when we bought our house and **** was the sales ******** was very informative, took the time to show us what he was going to do, how many panels we needed, answered all of our questions, & did a follow-up. Everything was great!Fast forward to 2022 after ***. We had to have a new roof installed. Solar panels did stay in place during hurricane but for new roof we had to have the solar panels removed. We contacted *********************** again and again he was more than helpful. Took time to explain the process. We have since had the solar panels put back. *********************** has gone out of his way to make sure we were happy about everything.Would highly recommend *********************** to anyone who is thinking about solar panels for their roof.

13 years ago Advance Solar installed a pool solar heat system and it has worked well, but do to some major roof modifications to my house, it was removed. Due to the age of the panels we decided to do a new system with Advance Solar. ***********************, Advance Solar rep, provided outstanding service with great follow-up throughout the entire process of scheduling, installation, and post installation review. The new system is working great and I recommend *********************** and Advance Solar to anyone looking to do solar to heat their pool.Review from David P

I replaced my roof after Ian, and had to get new solar panels for heating pool. They gave me a price and delivered as promised. Actually did it three early than promised. Install as fast and very efficient. This second time I have used Advanced Solar as needed new roof in 2005 when we moved here. They are only company I recommend. We recently had our roof replaced so I also needed our solar panels replaced. I received a quote from Advance solar and when it came time to let them know that the roof was done and I needed to schedule them for the re-installation, I was informed that they would not honor the quote and the increased the price substantially. I canceled them and had it done for $1,000 less than their original quote.Advance Solar & Spa, Inc. Response

We apologize for your experience **********, your original quote was done in March and we had 3 manufacturer price increases from that time till the agreement was signed 5 months later. Had the original agreement been signed in March we would have allocated the products at that time before the increase and honored our quote. Finding a cheaper system is always possible but our premium system is the most cosmetically pleasing and best performing system currently in the world. Heliocol is a far superior product to all competing panels in the market so it would make sense that the price would reflect that fact. We have been serving South Florida with quality products, installation and service since 1983 with thousands of happy customers. We wish you could have been one and if you were one of our customers you would understand the Advance Solar difference and why most people do recommend us across the board.
