I hired Haudini's to replace the headliner and visors in our 2009 Honda Accord. During inspection following the work, a scratch in the passenger window going the entire length of the window was noted and shown to staff there. They claimed they did not do the damage but it was not there before. We paid $684.80 for this service and will now have to get the window tint repaired. Haudini's refuses to accept responsibility and will not make any considerations.Business response

We regret that Mr. ******* was unhappy.
We did not touch Mr. ********* passenger side window. We removed the headliner through the driver's side door. Additionally, headliner material is very soft and could not possibly scratch a window.
We have been in business for 10 years and have earned a stellar reputation online and by word-of-mouth.Business response

While we know there is no way we damaged Mr. ********* car, our reputation is very important to us. We offered to make an appointment at a very reputable tint shop in Fort Walton Beach (5 stars on Google) to have the tint removed and replaced on the passenger window. Mr. ******* replied that he "had to think about it."Customer response

I know the vehicle had no scratch when it arrived and it did when it left. I don't know who or how it happened, I just know it happened while in Haudini's care.Customer response
