I have concerns with this daycare facility. I prepare my daughters bottles for the day. My first concern arise when I was called to pick my daughter up because she had diarrhea twice, when I took her home the next three days she did not have any but her normal bowl movements like any infant on formula would. I returned her Monday and was then called back to pick her up for diarrhea again. They have sent home another child's bottles with her and it then dawned on me that they were feeding her another child's bottles which would give her diarrhea as she is on a specific formula. I then went to pick my child up on a separate occasion and the owner brought me the wrong child, went back to get my daughter and again brought me the wrong child with my child's car seat. The son came out and explained she was having a rough day however this is a HUGE concern and terrifying to think my child could have been picked up by someone else.

Ms. ***'s child was never given another child's bottle. The other infant in the class that has the same bottle is breast fed and the bottles are made on demand. They are not premade as Ms. ***'s infant's bottles. The teacher inadvertently put the bottle in the wrong bag upon packing up the child's belongings. The owner does not normally work in the afternoons and was covering for the Director as she was taking her daughter to the oncologist. The owner's son explained the situation to Ms. *** and Ms. *** even responded with "I hope everything works out." This review is in response to Ms. *** not paying her bill for 2 weeks and was informed that it would be turned over to collections.
