********** - Bought art for my daughter for Christmas. Received a rolled up print instead of flat and lived with that despite complaint and vendor push back. However, I also ordered hardware for a wall mount and never received it. Told the vendor, received several emails and was told I'd get a refund of *** + tax (*****) and after several weeks still nothing.Customer response

No address I could find for her in Gainesville, FL. She works with a *********** ******* *** *** ***** **n****** ** *****; PH: ************ is where the art was shipped from.
I was billed on my **** card by: W******************** on **** *** *****

My new website provider sent the reproduction and the hardware. I contacted them multiple times but they did nothing to resolve the complaint.
I thought the only dispute was the hardware for ***.*** If ** ****** wants the image covered too, he will need to send it to me, and perhaps I can resell it. The website did not promise flat shipment. I always did that for my customers, but the website contracts reproductions through their own company.
I did promise to send him the *** dollars myself, but have been ill, and dealing with a lot of family issues, particularly my 97 year old mom, and a heavy schedule.
I will make a final complaint to the website company. I hope he gets the *** from both of us!
