I applied for new insurance with this agency on 09/28/23 which my previous insurance canceled on the next day 09/29/23. I noticed I was overcharged $162 on my November payment which was supposed to be $285 and was charged $447. When i called United Insurance directly they told me I didnt provide proof of my insurance or photos of my vehicle which I did to the agency. They told me to call the agency directly and I did just that right away. The young lady ***************************** told me I did provide the info and she is also the one took the pics of my vehicle, she told me shell call me back EACH time I called and gave me the run around. She told me my next payment would be credited the $162 which looks like its not they are charging me $290 now that this has occurred and I would just like to know how would I get my $162 back for something that wasnt my fault. She told me they also sent out notice to provide the info needed but she already had photos and proof of insurance so Im not sure why this happened. Its very upsetting being a single mother and dishing out extra money I dont have to give. The young lady was very rude about the situation and I honestly feel like she messed up and wont admit it.
