            I had Riffle's Air And Heat, Inc come out to do a diagnostics of why my AC was not cooling. Austin spent an extensive amount over the typically recommended time and it was clear he was under qualified to work on this unit and was needing a lot of help calling his boss to help him through every step just to find out "my compressor had locked up", and they recommended a whole new AC; and it cost me $235 that day. I ended up going with a different company to get it replaced due to the fact I could not get financed through Riffle's Air And Heat, Inc. During my Installation of my new unit based off of Riffle's Air And Heat the new company find out that it was two wires that were incorrect, now I'm stuck with the additional cost of replacing the AC unit because Riffle's Air And Heat, Inc were completely under qualified, and knowledgeable about diagnosing.
