I call them, and I agree to pay ****** dollars for cleaning the air duct (4), when they came...he open my air conditioning, right away he said that I got mold, without doing a test. I have a 2 years old Air Conditioning...I dont see mold anywhere in my home... he change the price to ******. I said no.When he left...I spoke to my son, my son said do it mom, so I call them back and ask if they will take ****** HE agree...(*****), he said that they will come back the same day but they did not come back. He called me and said that they will come the following day (Saturday) they didn't come, will come on Monday did not come, I call back, ***** told me that he sorry the office did not called me to change day for Tuesday. He called me said that he will come Tuesday between 4-6... I called him at 5, he wanted to change the day and I said no. He came at 6 p.m. and started to opening the air-conditioning then I ask him if they will clean the air duct, then he said "NO, WE ARE NOT CLEANING THE *** DUCTS!... THEN I TOLD THEM THEN NOT TO DO THE WORK, BECAUSE WHAT I NEED IT WAS TO CLEAN THE *** DUCTS BECAUSE OF MY ASTHMA" He got mad, and said that doing that whole work it will be cost me ******. And left angry. And said he will put me in the black list. When I call the first time, I only wanted the air ducts to be clean. To many lies as they advertise.

O have used this company before. To clean my AC air ducts. The add says ******************************************************************** a deal of sanitizing and other things including a UV light. This was about a month and half ago. I trusted them and paid upfront he told me in two days he works come back with the light So far according to them ALL their UV lights are in back order. I want my UV light installed These people are a rip off. Falsely advertise for 100 dollars cleaning all the ducts and when they go to your house tell you so many things that are wrong and that you need this and that and you end up Paying 5-6 times what the advertise. I want my UV light installed.

scammed us of $500. came to do a vent cleaning and said we need a *******************. we said yes and he performed the service that was not satisfactory and said he would come back to complete the job. after numerous calls and months later, they have not been back. do not answer calls, do not return calls. now, their website is inactive. have requested a refund multiple times and they refuse. company seems to be out of business now...
