Cuballama promised to send a product that I bought from them within 30 to 45 days. Not only did they not deliver the product, they didn't even know where it was. When I called to complain, they asked me for more time, which I gave them, and more and more time. In the end, When I realized that they weren't delivering the product and they didn't even tell me where it was or when they would deliver it, I decided to cancel. They say that you don't have the right to speak to a supervisor, you don't have the right to an immediate refund, they submit a request and you have to wait for them to decide to give your money back, like a dictatorship, you cant even talk. It's a total lack of respect.Business response

Transaction date: May 26th 2024. I bought two pressure cookers from this business; weeks later, just one was delivered. Since then, I have been in contact with them through WhatsApp multiple times, including June 6th, June 7th, June 13th and June 19th) my case was allocated to an agent named ********, who assured me she would keep in contact through emails and keep me updated, but it never happened. Every time,e I contacted them I get the same answer "we ae sorry this is happening, we had put a request to the delivery agency to fix the problem" I asked them if it was an error? Or if it was lost in transit? Or if it has never been send? I have also been required to file a complaint as I want my money back and they do not answer any of this. What can I do about this? I can't believe a business can just steal money from customers like that, and nothing will happen. It has been a month already, and I still get not explanation or solutions at all.Business response

Good morning,
As mentioned by our client via WhatsApp messages, one of the two kitchen pots were not received on a timely basis. Cuballama advised client that we opened up an incident report with the company who assists us with our merchandise. We explained the process and client agreed in giving an additional 5 days for her family to receive the missing pot as it was already with transport on June 25, 2024. I have attached the messaged from June 25, 2024 for your records.
I have followed up with CSR to see if we have received another call from client and to my understanding, we have not. We can only assume family received the item. Additionally, I have requested for a follow up call/email/message to be sent to our client so we *** confirm package and request closure of this complaint.
We as a company always try to accommodate, help, or fix any error that *** occur.

Good morning,
on behalf of Cuballama we would like to respond to the complaint made by *************************. As a small business we always put our clients first and make sure they are happy with the services they are receiving.
When we received information on the reason why ************************* was upset we tried to make things right. We called 3 times on different days and different times in which unfortunately he did not answer. We later sent him an email, attached to this response advising that the remittance was returned as compensation (because the service was provided unscrupulously). The amount requested was returned to ********************.
We request for this complaint in the bbb be closed as soon as possible as we have resolved this issue with our client directly.

Cuballama called me twice today to sell their services, I am registered with the Do Not Call List and they insisted in selling the services. He told me that I am rude with a company but I am not rude I just dont want they calling my phone.Business response

Client alleges to be on the "Do Not Call" list but at the *** level we have the notifications by Call we have YES per his request. On November 21, a couple of calls were made for the Remittance loyalty campaign, the first only timized and I attach the 2nd, which is the one in which he spoke with the cte.
The following information is per the request of the client once a portal is open under his request. The notification he requested are as followed: Notifications: SMS: Yes, EMAIL: Yes, WHATAPP: No, CALL: Yes
We respect everyones privacy and decision om receiving any sort of notifications, this Client is no different, We have manually put our client on a no call list and will not receive any calls from us moving forward.

After our actions calling it happened this:
The responsible team was asked to put complimentary recharge and it was carried out successfully. Order code ******** Order No. ****** .Customer was contacted on 12/28 and agreed to validate with his relative in ****. He was instructed to call him back on 12/29
When called to confirm recharge, family member informed customer that the recharge was received. He immediately withdrew the ****
He also noted that his CTA was enabled and that he is very happy because he does not want to leave CLL.
As for the BBB claim, he indicated that today when he has time, he enters and writes that his case was solved.
