Son estafadores,te cobran los servicios en su totalidad y Despues se disculpan,Despues de haber cobrado $3182.00.Renta de autos en **** y no se hacen responsables.No tuvimos carro,el servicio fue contratado por 16 **** y solo fue recibido por 5 **** con multiples viajes al *******************************,de provincias a provincias,robaron nuestro dinero,tiempo,gasoline y hispedaje, todo perdido, ojo con esta gente.No contraten sus servicios.Cerremos esta agencia,Review from Juliana C

No se ni por donde empezar. Las mentiras que uno escucha de los representantes empiezan desde la primera interaccin y nunca terminan. Los 7-15 das primero te dicen que son de la fecha que reciben las cajas en el almacen en *****. Luego, te dicen que son desde el da de pago. Como el almacen demor casi un mes para procesar las cajas, ya puedes ver el problema. Luego, te dicen que es del da del despacho para ****, lo que ocurrio ms que 15 das despues del pago. Si te aventuras a llamar el servicio al cliente, puedes apostar que cada persona con quien hables te va a dar una informacion diferente. Yo he escuchado que sera entregado HOY unas 5 veces en diferentes das. Despues de eso, recibo email diciendo que esta en la aduana y luego otro que me dice que las cajas estan con el provedor en **** pero que no se le puede mandar mensaje. UN REGUERO es lo que es. Mientras tanto... las cajas con medicina para mi madre y ropas para mi hija se demoran ms de ************************************************* cuando Y SI llegar. I sent a package with them to my family back in March, ever since then they have been giving me excuses as to why the package hasn't arrived. They said it arrived already which it didn't. Then they tell me the items aren't in the warehouse yet. Then they told me they items finally arrived to the warehouse. Now they are saying that the items haven't arrived yet again. Nobody knows what is going on, nobody can give me an answer. Every time I call them customer services says the same thing, "a specialist will contact you." But they never contact me. Last week I asked them that I just wanted the money back now and cancel the order since it's been about two months and they don't know what is going on. Once again customer service says they will contact me. It's been a whole week and nobody has contacted. I will never order anything from this company again and I recommend that no one orders from them either. They will take your money and at the end pretty much feels like they stole from me because no package and no refund. Worst company ever!Review from Erick B

I bought a mobile device from **********************, and after a month the phone stopped working. When I called to file a claim, they told me that there is NO warranty. I mentioned that it is not stated on their app and/or website that the electronics they advertise are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY. Terrible customer service from the technical team for taking many days to respond, as well as from ******* for not being able to communicate effectively what she is trying to say. For now, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of the State of Florida to handle the case.Review from Geni B

HORRIBLE BEWARE! Placed a 700$ order on March 6, 2024 which was to be delivered to my family in **** within 5 to 10 days as per their webpage propaganda and the confirmation email I received once I placed my order. That's when the nightmare started.... Worst customer service ever! An insult to customer service!Never reply on WhatsApp ever in 5 weeks. No reply to emails in 5 weeks. Phone customer support even more frustrating a major waist of money and time (calling from ******** and from ****) no one never knows anything and when they say they will call you back with an answer they don't. First and last time I spend my hard earned money with this scam of a company. 6 weeks later, still nothing and no merchandise received. This is the worst company to make business with. I bought a package for my mom that she never got, they did the impossible to avoid issuing a refund. The unprofessionalism and awful customer service experience place this company in the worst place. It's like dealing with a communist company in ****!Review from Abel R

What can I tell you, after reading this, draw your own conclusions, I bought a mattress for my family in Cuba, which arrived on time but in poor condition, it did not meet the required measurements according to the manufacturer and advertising carried out by Cuballama, make the claim to Cuballama and after trying several ways, calls, WhatsApp and mail, after more than 15 days, Cuballama answers me that they are not responsible for the merchandise that is delivered in Cuba, that the merchandise is it is how it is, that they couldn't change my mattress or return my money, that simple, that for my inconvenience they would give me 30 dollars, what a lack of respect, professionalism and sense of responsibility towards the client, I do not recommend that they do any type of business with Cuballama, and much less shipments to Cuba through them, I was already invited and invited, for me they do not exist. They are a total disaster, it is like doing business with Cuba, the same SHiT.
