We purchased new hurricane windows and sliding doors from Shutters Depot. The products were manufactured by Mr. ****** Shutters Depot is responsible for the installation and service of the windows. Once of our doors has been a problem since it was installed 2 years ago. Shutters Depot points their finger to Mr. ****** and vise versa. The problem is likely a defective roller mechanism on the door. Both SD and MG have been here to service the door several times, but the problem continues. Now SD refuses to schedule another service appointment to resolve the problem. The door is inoperative in the current state.Business response

As per ************ complaint the doors rollers have been serviced before and seem to be defective once again. Currently the hardware is no longer in manufacturer warranty therefore the manufacturer does not want to service the door. We have hired a private repair service to go out and replace the defective rollers on the sliding door. It was explained to ************ that he is outside the warranty window but we will be more then happy to assist in getting this issue corrected now and if anything else was to arise in the future. We've scheduled multiple different services post installation that all have been assessed and fixed prior to this recent issue. We really apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As explained to ************ we will be more then happy to assist now and in the future with any issues that he may have with the product that we installed.Customer response
