I purchased a refrigerator for $740.12 on July 20th it was delivered on the 21st and it failed 2 days later and was picked up by the owner Tony and his daughter's Sky boyfriend I disputed the charges and they turned in paperwork To *********stating that the sale was Complete but left out that it was returned Leaving me with the $740 credit On my credit card. I have called and talked to Antoine I have talked to his daughter's sky I have left lots of messages for brandy and I have lost lots of messages for Tony nobody returns calls nobody is helping meBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/11/03) */ A Kitchenaid refrigerator was purchased by the customer on July 20, 2022. She was informed at purchase that all sales are final and that there was a 30 day warranty on the item. If any problems under warranty were to occur we would repair or exchange only. She called after the fridge had stopped working and told us that she went out and bought new one for her Mother. The customer also told my husband that she knew about our store policy and it was fine, she would use the store credit at a later date. Her receipt was marked as returned with store credit. We were never informed of her wanting a refund until a month later when we received a credit card dispute. I was originally given an October 5, 2022 date of resolution so I just let it be and let the credit card companies take care of it. The week of this complaint being filed the customer came into our store demanding a refund because her credit card hadn't done it. I had my daughter and husband explain that we can't issue a refund that is not attached to a receipt. If the credit card company sides with her, then she will have a double refund. As of right now my hands are tied until the resolution, which is now December 5, 2022. She became furious and started threatening not only the business but my family as well, including my three and four year old boys. As for leaving messages for me, she never did or I would have called her back. When she demanded to talk to Tony he called her back. However, we are not going to sit on the phone and be screamed, cussed at and threatened. I did purchase a refrigerator it stopped working the same day I called and told them to pick it up it had cockroaches coming out of the bottom I placed it outside the door and refuted the charges purchased another refrigerator destroyed $400 worth of food and now my credit card company is resolving the dispute she contacted the credit card company and stated that I knew of a no refund policy I have never once in my life ever been in her store not even once I purchased a refrigerator site unscented. on a reference from another company and I never ever have been in her store nor have I threatened her children it is a complete lie she has many excuses the fact of the matter is the dispute is over whether or not it is a non refundable appliance and I never knew it was a non refundable.just 30 day warranty.
