      I would not purchase from this company again! Buyers beware! They will not help you if a problem arises. I have been waiting one month for a 10 KW heat strip, which was supposed to be in my order.Then I needed a pad for the ac unit, and I have waited two weeks, package is in *******!You cannot reach these people, and they will not call or email you back! First time dealing with this company, definitely the last time! I would give them a 10 below if it were possible ***** ****** **************.

      You were great to work with and the unit arrived ahead of time. My only suggestion would be to protect the filter area with at least thick cardboard. I realize that isnt your call but maybe you could suggest it to the manufacturers. Im quite happy with the whole experience. Thank you !

      I had to change my original size of air handler due to the one I ordered not being available anymore. They sent the wrong components and requested I send pictures which I did. It took two days and multiple calls to get anything done. Spoke to the agent and was told I would be refunded because I had to buy a new line set. This was all on Oct 1st. I was told I would be refunded for the parts. I have yet to hear from them about the refund. It was a great inconvenience to have my contractor make two trips to get the unit installed. Not impressed with customer service. There was miscommunication from start to finish.

      We sincerely apologize that the wrong accessories were sent with your order. Indeed, the matched system you had purchased with the upgrade to the newer R-32 equipment changed the size of the service valves on the unit from 3/4" to 7/8" which our fulfillment agent did not catch. While we do always strive to avoid these type of errors, they can happen. We understand that it is an inconvenience and our records to do show that a credit was issued to your original payment method for the incorrect line set you received.

      after 20 days from ordered I haven't received my order completely ,they sent wrong items and missing items, they were not responsible and requested that I sent pictures a lot of times ,it was their mistake. I told them I have tenants with small kids and I have to install it ASAP. they bothered me ,they didn't care about it, never buy anything again,

      Dear Valued Customer,

      We sincerely apologize that there was an issue with your order. As per our records, we see that firstly, the wrong accessories were labeled to ship to you at our fulfillment warehouse. Secondly, an older model air handler was also picked in error. The reason we ask for photos is to see what item(s) were received in error so that we can possibly track down the item(s) that you were supposed to receive and intercept them in transit as most of the time this rare occurrence happens when items from other orders are mislabeled. We understand that this is inconvenient, but having those photos allowed us to figure out exactly what had transpired and expedite the process. The incorrect accessories received was first brought to our attention on 9/20, photos provided on 9/23 and replacements shipped on 9/26. As to the incorrect air handler, we received that report on 9/26 and replacement was shipped on 10/3. Again, we sincerely apologize that the replacement process took so long, this was a very rare occurrence. It does not, however, excuse poor communication by our team and we strive to provide excellent customer service always. We greatly appreciate your business and hope we can have the chance to earn your trust again in the future.
