The bathroom looks nice and modern. Our specifications were adhered to. Our installer, **** is very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the best positions for the grab bars. He did a good job and I like the warranty. I won't have to worry about this bathroom for a long time.

The installer ****** was very friendly and courteous. He arrived promptly each day. He acted professionally, worked very deligently, speedily, and was extremely thorough and precise. What a professional & economical company ( significantly lower estimate than another company I consulted). Their installer ****** was very knowledgeable about code ************************* techniques and he went above & beyond to do some extra work things to assure everything was exactly to my liking. ****** and ******* arrived on time to start the installation of the shower in the bathroom. They both removed the old bath and other fixtures and the clean up was excellent! Home Depot put me in touch with Re Bath as their vendor for a bathroom renovation. They were very quick to respond and get a sales person out to my house - **** *. **** and I spent about an hour and a half together- he measured my bathroom and vanity, and we selected all the things- fixtures, vanity, bath surround, doors, etc. At the very end, he quoted me $30,000. I asked for a breakdown because that seemed high for such a small bathroom. He told me they do not provide a price breakdown. What? I've never heard of a professional contractor who doesn't provide a breakdown of costs; not for the individual items, labor, nothing! Needless to say I didn't move forward. In general, the entire experience was unprofessional. Also, he asked me if I had ever had contractor work done at my house. I think he was preying on, what he mistakenly took, as novice ignorance or that I'm female. Either way, unprofessional and predatory.Rebath of South Florida Response
