Registration plus is misrepresenting ***.gov. My ***.gov ******* is due in 4 weeks. I was contacted by ***** stating she was my ***.gov advisor and would walk me through our *******. ***.gov is completely free services! I call back not even 48 hour later and ask for a full refund! I spoke with ***** whom informed me they dont issue refunds and I would have to speak to accounting and they wont give me a refund either. I later get a email from them stating my refund was rejected! We have not used their services, or requested their services. Refuse to refund our $299. Illegally representing a company! What a scam artist!

We provided the Government registration service, it is submitted, completed, approved and renewed, we have completed the service hired for. We will attach all documents for proof of completion. Client ordered our services thru our online portal. We then contact them to do their *** Registration. We record all of our phone communications. We explained that they did not qualify as the Services were rendered and completed as per our Terms and Conditions.

I am rejecting this response because:

*************** to some Correspondence I received via mail on 12/20/2022, in regards to ID ******** **************** against Registrations Plus LLC.

Our Credit Card dispute the charges and we received a full refund.  Only AFTER I filed a claim with BBB Registration plus offered a full refund to us.   Our Registration was IN FACT not expired as shown.  It expired Jan 9, 2023.  ***** called and falsely represented ***.Gov.  So them telling you our registration was expired is not the truth.  This transaction happened on December 5th, 2022.  We had 3 full weeks of a FREE subscription remaining.

I am now more aware of the shady business practices proven by this company.  Its a shame to see people get scammed this way.

      Thank you,

      Sincerely,

I was told that I had to renew my SAM registration and it would cost me $399 for two years. As a community nonprofit we don't have the funds for such as this but because we were about to apply for a federal grant this month, i wanted to comply because Carrie from Registrations Plus who called me several times on my cell phone as well, told me we would be erased from the SAM system because of an update the government was doing. I unknowingly trusted this person, i read their website and they seemed an "official" helpful business but now that I have paid them, and given them some private information, i am still getting the emails form the government that we are still not in compliance with the SAM system. I have called and left several messages on Carrie's voice mail and received no call back or emails. I would like my $399 refunded. and No One should trust this company. Now I must pay someone else to help make us compliant which I thought we were covered by Registrations Plus for this year and the next.

Received a call from a Jessica P. on 2/24/22 about renewing our SAM.gov registration. She pretended to be a part of Sam.gov and said that we needed to renew the registration before it expired. It was a total misrepresentation when later I looked into her email she sent after our initial call. I was misled to believe I needed to pay $599 for two year renewal. When I have tried to call to speak with someone my calls go to voicemail and when I email, I receive an automated response stating that COVID is delaying their responses. This company has scammed many people by not revealing who they are with and presenting themselves as a part of SAM.gov. I am requesting the full $599 refund.
