We spent over $23,000 on new flooring, kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops through Cabinet warehouse. Aside from numerous missing items after deliver and having to delay our kitchen being done, we noticed that we were over charged on the square footage of our quartz countertops. Upon asking for a refund for being over charged, we were greeted with nasty remarks from the owner who failed to answer our requests. We did the math clearly to show what we were owed and he kept changing numbers and clearly taking advantage of us as a customer. When you spend that kind of money with a company, you expect them to be honest and to take care of you. When we decided to just take a lesser amount that he said was correct but wasnt, we asked to get it today and in the same form of payment we paid with as we have already waited weeks to get an answer. The owner, *** called my husband calling him every nasty foul name you could, told him we wouldnt get a dime from him and that we can go f ourselves. We were then told he was going to call the cops to have us trespassed so we couldnt go up there to get our money that is owed to us. I have a recording of him yelling at my husband on the phone and all text messages as well as emails and contracts that show he owes us money. We simply want what is owed to us. He overcharged us by almost 21 square feet more than we received on a countertop that they charge $85 a sq ft for and is probably doing it to many other customers as well. We also had to go to another business to buy the skins for the side of our cabinets because he was trying to charge us to have finished cabinets.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: they have admitted to owing us a refund and are still left with nothing. I just want to be refunded what is owed to us, even if it is less than we think it is. He even provided a credit memo of almost $900 owed to us and yet still hasnt issued a refund. It is not good business to tell a customer that because we dont agree on the amount you overpaid, you get nothing and are just told I can go f myself. They should have issued a refund weeks ago regardless of a dispute about the amount.

This response from the customer is the exact same response we received when offered to cut a check for the credit amount. As a company we were hoping to reach an agreed upon amount prior to cutting a check. Per our company policy the customer needs to sign off on a project completion form that releases Cabinet Warehouse's liability for any future claims the customer may try to make.Customer response

They have shown a credit that is owed to us and has yet to pay us. We are at least requesting the amount they have shown that they owe us, we shouldnt get nothing just because of a disagreement on the amount.

In March 2022. I bought a home I've had business with Warehouse Plus for over 10 yrs putting Cabinets Floors in my homes. I had them put floors in my new home. Over 5000$ in 2 good size rooms. Within a week the floor was coming up. ******************* the owner sent his guys over. There was a little water after they ripped up a piece of flooring. They came back 2 more times after I was told to fix a small crack in the Cement outside. Laid the floor back down. The floor is coming up All over the house now. I called ******************* he did not answer. So I Tex him that my floor was coming up All over the house. With that I got foul *** from him saying he came here 3 times for free. Which is not true. I had to pay 150$ for a box of flooring that they broke while ripping up a piece of the floor. I then was told by *** that I was a horrible Human being. I'm an 83 yr old man who had the horrible experience with this foul mouth Very unprofessional person. Which then called me and told me to Never contact him Again and told me to F*** myself 3 or 4 times he used that language on Oct 11th. It was on my 83rd Birthday. . I have had to reason with *** to just take floors out and give me some money back. But Again the foul language continued. With that I told him I was going to contact BBB . He said in a Tex that that floor should have Never been put down in that place. Told me once again to F myself and never contact him Again and hung up on me. Thank you for listening to me. I'm just overwhelmed with this very Bad Situation and don't know were to turn to.Business response

I've known ***** for about 20 years and have done numerous jobs over the years without issues. The last job we did for him when we ripped out his subfloor and found mold and wetness. We adopted the job until he contacted a mold and a roofer. Once ***** gave us the go ahead to proceed after he told us both issues were resolved we installed the floor.Since it was installed, we had gone back out there and repaired the floors both times and experienced moisture issues both times. Both times they were torn out, we advised him to contact the proper trades to fix it and let us know when to return which we did both times. We had advised him to fix the water intrusions the proper way both times. Every issue that had been addressed he always claimed to ************** and we had to slow him down all three times to insure it was being done correctly. We were ****** insured that this was done each time we have had an issue. Since he was such a loyal and long-term customer, I'm pretty sure these repairs were done for free or at cost to get him back up to speed.

I am not at all Satisfied with ***'s answer to the issues with my floors. My floors are lifting All over the house. I had ever contractor out here. There was Absolutely No mold on any of the foundation. The owner before me had all ********* put in the flooring in the ** rm. There is nothing wrong with the house foundation. *** even said before he hung up on me Oct 11 that that type of floor I got should have Never been put down. I'm stuck here with a floor that is lifting up All over the house. I would like to have it ripped out and my 5000$ to have someone put the right flooring in.Customer response

We had ******************* from Warehouse plus put a new floor in our new home. 2 rms 40 ft. Rm 30 ft Rm. Had repairs done Jan 20th. Before we moved in on Feb 4th. Inspector found dampness in the FL rm. It was fixed and Owner pd for the Awning leak and a pipe. Existing floor was never removed. Just the wall were the 1 pipe was. ***'s workers put the floors down. *** came to inspect. Did not like the look of the FL. Room took it up and put Cement down to even it out said it was ******** ******* came out floors down 2 days later. Within 2 wks all floors were lifting. Called Tex *** . ******* came out. Ripped up 6 pieces of flooring in living RM. There was condensation under plastic they layed down under the wooden floors. It was dry after an hr. We bought another box of flooring for 125$ because the broke it as they ripped up the few pieces. The floors are lifting up in Every part of the house. Was Fowl over the phone and threw *** when asked to take care of the floors. The floors are Not Safe to walk on. I'm an 83 yr old diabetic and have to walk with shoes on so I don't cut my feet. Or trip over the broken floors. I can't afford to pay another ***** to have someone come out and rip up these floors. After 20 Yrs of doing busy with ******************* I do Not want him near my home for the Nasty things and Swearing he Disrespectful Behavior towards me was an Outrage alone. There are several water intrusion issues in this house which makes the floor install compromised. We went out to try and fix/repair 3 times at no cost to the customer. There is nothing else we can do on our end.
