February 8th, contact repair , *** **** to repair a front load washer overfilling I was toldby online repair I needed a new water level pressure valve. W/D is a full size stackable, dryer on top washer, in a tiny closet. RB comes by and says he will get parts and come back tomorrow. As soon as he leaves my house ,he starts texting for money . We had NOT discussed money up front. Asks to be paid cash via Cash app for taxes so my $480 bill could be $380 . I gave him $200 via Cash app. $180 to be given when finished next day. He returns next day ( Feb 9) with his brother. They were in there 20 min when he asked for $50 more money because" he did not realize it was a two person job when he first looked at it and now he had topay his brother " I was desperate and agreed to it. They made a huge amount of noise and came out saying they say replaced the fill valve, but it was a "bad part" or "maybe" it was because "he got the 2 prong part when it should be the 3 prong part." After his repair, my washer does not work AT ALL. Thee error message shows it is the same problem.. Oddly, he did not test if the washer was working before putting the dryer back on top of the washer. I told him I could order the part, and he was to come back. I paid him another $200 for thinking it was going to get fixed , Afterwards, I realized I was out $400 and my washer is still not fixed. I got a sick feeling and checked BBB and his rating was F ..I decided to get a new washer, that was $1000 or more. ALL I NEEDED was a $20 part fixed. I called another repair place ( A+ rating) who charged me $99 to tell me it would be $580 repair. $300 for two men and $280 repair I do not have another $580 to put into a 10 year old washer. I was able to get help and fixed the washer. The removed part was the ORIGINAL l 10 year old part / dated Jan 15, 2013 . He never even put in a partI tried to get money back thru Cash app but he denied.Initial Complaint

Paid $1550.00 to get a new drain for the kitchen, and Disposal. He said on 3-1 job would be done 3-5 He finally came out and also put new parts in the toilet. The toilet never stopped running water. the sink was too small and left a 3 inch gap. He continues to make excuses saying he is all alone. Lies all the time
