Could never get ahold of the agent after I started my policy, was told I would have to call to renew & when I called I got no luck on reaching anyone or getting a call back so I went with a different company, tried to reach them to let them know with no luck & the policy was renewed without my knowledge charging me ***** ****** * *************Business response

We have no record of the insured trying to reach us directly. I'm not sure if she tried calling the actual insurance company thinking it was us and her company does close at 4pm. However, we are open Monday-Saturday, 9am-9pm. If she tried calling us directly, she should have been able to get us. We also NEVER tell customers they have to call to renew their policies if they are setup for automatic withdrawal and if she purchased other coverage and can show proof, then we can have her insurance company refund her the amount they took. I did reach out to the insured and told her to call me and I could help her fix this.

Better Business Bureau:
I have included what I could attach showing a time that I’ve called them & where in my policy it states to call to renew. I also included my insurance policy I opened with another company.
