On March 1, 2024, I purchased two concert tickets online for $87.96 on Etix.com. However, For Your Friends Booking provided the tickets for me. The concert was scheduled for June 19, 2024, but was cancelled on June 5, 2024. The scheduled band announced on their Instagram story that they would issue refunds within 7-10 business days. After 2 weeks, I still did not see the refund, so I reached out to all parties: the venue, the Ritz in Ybor, Etix, the band The Garden, and For Your Friend Booking. The only responses I received were from Etix and The Ritz, who informed me that they could not assist with my refund and advised me to contact For Your Friend Booking as they are the ones withholding the funds. I have contacted them numerous times, but I have yet to receive a response. They have completely gone off the radar, complete silence. I've even tried contacting them on social media, but I've gotten no response. They will not answer me. It is too late to dispute the transaction with my bank, so I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

On February 12, 2024 I purchased two tickets to a concert through the ticketing platform eTix. The concert was for The Spill Canvas at the Abbey on July 7, 2024. On June 11, 2024, I received an email that the concert was canceled and a refund would be issued "within 2-4 weeks". No refund has been issued. It has now been 12 weeks since the email was sent. I have called eTix weekly. They continue to tell me that they are waiting on a bulk refund from the promoter, For Your Friends Booking. They suggested I contact the venue, The Abbey. After two voicemails and two emails, they finally told me that this is solely handled by the promoter, For Your Friends Booking. I have emailed the email address on their Facebook page twice with no response. I have Facebook messaged them four times with no response. There is no phone number to call, and it is outside the window to dispute with my credit card. Upon looking at their Facebook page, I see multiple complaints from other customers with other events waiting for a refund. This is clearly an ongoing issue with this promoter, and at this point it is theft.Initial Complaint

Purchased tickets for The Garden at the Ritz Ybor for $87.96 on March 2, 2024. Was notified by the band that the Ritz show was moved to The Orpheum and tickets had to be repurchased and the tickets purchased for the show at the Ritz would be refunded within 7 days. The tickets were never refunded and For Your Friends Booking didn’t respond to an email I sent inquiring about the refund.
