In May of 2023 after reading reviews and doing research I purchased 1620 lbs of WHITE gravel for a landscaping project. I purchased it through Lowe’s from the vendor Margo Garden Products. After the rocks were delivered and placed down they turned an off white very dingy dirty brown color in less than a week. Lowe’s was very helpful and contacted the vendor who required I send pictures. They provided Lowe’s with an incorrect email address so the messages just keep returning undeliverable. I reached out to Lowes again who got someone from Margo to email me directly. I responded with the pictures and he never responded back. It is now July and I can’t get anyone from Margo Garden Products to contact me back to see how to return these ugly brown rocks. I paid a lot of money to have white rocks.Business response
