****** I’m sorry that you experienced this. Our software only provides owners who are NOT on the DNC list. Please verify it was my company before slandering my name publicly as this is a means for a lawsuit. I’m a reputable and ethical company who abides by all Florida state laws. Please provide the number that reached you and the representatives name you were contacted by so I can further research this. Please also make sure before you post this that there is another company in Florida that goes by the name Synergy Home Buyers and that is NOT my company. I have no affiliation with them and I received many complaints about how they conduct their business…I receive their calls by mistake weekly. If you can verify that the call was made from my registered business I will deem this complaint as valid, otherwise, this is a false claim and will be requested for removal and passed on to my attorney for review to further seek damages for slander a defamation of character.

****** I take this complaint very seriously and I have done all of the research on my end to offer this..here is my website and my entire staff. **** is the only team member we have who makes outbound calls to homeowners. She is the sweetest person you will ever encounter on the phone and you would know if you spoke to her. If you can prove with a phone number that "we" called from and a recorded call that call came from her then I stand corrected and I deserve this complaint, but I will guarantee it wasn’t her, or our company since we use a software called Xencall for outbound calling. Xencall scrubs the lists and removes DNC numbers automatically so we couldn't even make a call to a number registered on the DNC list since the software blocks these numbers from outbound dialing. Again, if you cannot prove your claim with physical proof I will deem this complaint as false. Please look up on Sunbiz, there is another Synergy Real Estate Investment in Florida that solicits homeowners in the Jacksonville market that is similar to us ( they actually own a lot more real estate than we do)...I receive many complaints weekly from tenants and people like yourself that meant to call THEM. It is the same story, they just quickly google Synergy and since I have a good Google profile with POSITIVE reviews I populate first in this market, as opposed to the others...then I get the call from them after they clicked the first Synergy. I personally call them all back to explain where the mix up is and provide them the correct info so they can be redirected to the other Synergy so I do not receive any negative complaints. I hope this issue can be resolved civilly.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

***** I understand you take this complaint seriously and you should its your business and reviews are important. The fact are that your business made an error and when you were called out on it you resorted to threats of litigation.  That is what escalated the situation.    I am tired of getting unsolicited calls to my cellphone and I take them very seriously.  I am actively perusing every company that solicits either me or my wife's  cell phones,  so rest assured  you are not being singled out.   Your false claims that some how I fabricated this is shameful.  **** was the one who called me and yes she was nice enough but that doesn't excuse that her call was in violation of the Federal DNC regulations.  You said "If you can prove with a phone number that "we" called from and a recorded call that call came from her then I stand corrected and I deserve this complaint,..."   I have attached the screen cap of ****'s number from the original call and the recording of the follow up due diligence call made this morning for your records.  I'm not sure what you pay for Xencall but you need to get your money back.  Just a heads up  I have also contacted the local News.   If you want this to go away a simple comment in the reviews on  Google , Facebook BBB that after further review  it is apparent that your screening system made an error and that the call was in fact made but that you apologies and that it wont happen again. Would be reasonable enough at this time.

During the drafting this I just read your facebook comment  in reply to the call.  Apology accepted.   I am not trying to drag you thru the mud but I seriously  want the calls to stop that's it.  I wish you the best of luck .

      Professionally,

      ******
