I hired two men and a truck to move a sofa coffee table and 2 desk 2 chairs and aprox 19 plastic organizer boxs they gave me a estimate of 285-420 i decided not to take sofa coffee table and dining room set and i took a mini gym instead so i deducted many items they got here put gym in truck that was in my apt garage probaly took 15 mins i walked back to my apartment waiting for them to drive around the corner 30 mins later they drive up by then i had moved the 2 chairs and and many of the boxs myself outside they sat in truck 30 mins on purpose they broke one of my desk and dropped one of the boxs and glass stuff got broke they had dollies they could of put 4 plastic organizers on each dollie and it would of been done in 15 mins but no one guy was picking up one thing at a time i was picking up 1 box at a time and taking it to the truck they were so slow and they were stopping and talking to me waisting time on purpose and im paying for it finally i said just leave this box and this box i will move it my self in my car im 60 years old they left at 11:47 and i had to move the rest of my stuff myself it took 4 or 5 trips in the car and i finished at 9:50 pm so they called me the next day and said my card decline i said how much did you run it for he said 622.00 not the quote i got i told him i was not paying that i told him everything that happened he just said he will lower to 555 i said still to high i told him i had to make 4 trips to storage unit to finish what they could not do i called there corporate office they could of cared less i reported them to fscma and now bbb I dont mind paying something but not what they are wanting and they over rode my credit card now i am 450 over limit i called my credit card i told them i dont agree with amount they said they cant do anything to call two men and a truckBusiness response

*** **** booked a move with us claiming this was an emergency situation and gave us a very minimal list of items she wanted us to move and stated multiple times in the booking call that she wanted us to just move these items and she would handle the rest. The estimate is attached and was for moving 4 items. When our movers arrived onsite and through *** **** complaint there was much more than 4 items to be moved. We explained to *** **** that more items to be moved will result in more time that we have to charge for and in turn will result in higher costs. *** **** was not happy about this and stated she would not be paying for services that had already been completed. We did reduce the cost of the move from 622.50 to $555.00, but this was not a sufficient enough discount. We also explained to *** **** multiple times that our movers will move all the items, but that adds more time and cost. *** **** declined any further services and continued making threats of not paying for services that she agreed to and signed of on. We have already discounted this move and are not willing to offer *** **** any further discount. A realistic list of items that needed to be moved instead of the 4 provided our Move Consultant in a recorded phone call would have provided *** **** with a more accurate estimate of the cost for her moving services.
