      I had my wedding at an all inclusive venue in ** ********** ** so I had to choose a photographer from their list. ****** was the only one not booked yet for our date of October 7, 2023. I was promised all photos between 8-10 weeks of 10/7/23 if not at least by 12 weeks. I had to reach out multiple times requesting updates on when I would receive my photos. After the 12 week mark, I ended up reaching out to my wedding planner. Even after this, I only received some of the photos back. I had to request multiple times and each time she made excuses. Finally I received a bulk of the photos, but I am still to the day missing multiple important photos - detail shots of a table I made for our grandparents (all of which have passed & meant a ton to us), a first look with my dad, detail shots of our sweetheart table, detail shots of our invitation suite, & also the reason I paid her extra for a second photographer & that was to get photos of my husband as I walked down the isle! This last point was well known by ******. I have given ****** 41 weeks (more than triple the time) to get me these photos! I have texted multiple times, gotten the planners involved & still nothing. She has ignored several of my texts. I have tried so hard to give ****** every chance possible, as I fully understand that things happen, but I simply do not think this type of business ethic is okay or morally right. She finally texted me on July 1 stating she lost my images. I requested a partial refund, and she has yet to respond (18 days with no response). I want the photos that are missing, but if she truly lost them then we are owed a refund on the second photographers cost as well as the cost to have ****** photograph our wedding. There are more details, but I can only share so much due to word count. I do not wish this upon anyone else as this is a moment that you can not redo, which is why I’m reaching out here.

      This client received a gallery with 723 photos in their gallery. Unfortunately there was a technical issue with one of the sd cards that was totally out of our control. The client received a good bit of her gallery from both the main shooter as well as the second shooter. If the images requested were available they would have been provided. It is unfortunate that this technical error occurred however a beautiful gallery was provided that documented the wedding as a whole from beginning to end. The response slowed down as I was trying to recover the few images she requested.

      I am rejecting this response because the vendor admits to losing photos we paid for. We were told the second shooter would be able to take photos of my husband as I came down the aisle. We were also told detail shots were being taken for about 2 hours of the day, yet several detail shots are missing. Lastly, we were told father daughter first look photos would be taken and we did not receive those either. We should either get a refund or the photos. The photographer had plenty of time to work on recovering the photos, as we were married on October 7, 2023. We were very patient and kind during the process. This is scamming at this point and unacceptable from any business. I don’t think anyone would agree that this is okay to do. The job was not finished, so a full refund for the second shooter as well as a partial refund for the main photographer or photos should be provided to the customer. Yes we received some of the photos, but there are several very important photos missing from the gallery. Just because we received some photos does not mean the job is done.

      I booked an all inclusive package at a venue in ************* for my wedding in October of 2023. The package came with a list of vendors I had to use. There were two options for photographers listed but one only worked in the summer so I had to choose this business. The coordinator at the venue put me in contact with this vendor in March 2022 and I worked with the owner of this business to sign the contract and put down a deposit. I completed all payments in a timely manner. The wedding day comes and they send a photographer from the business who is not the owner. My whole family was unhappy with where she had us taking pictures and several other things pertaining to the venue. I also wrote a four page shot list which was not used. The wedding is over and I am prompted to review my vendors in the ******* Wire app so I do so. I noted the things I was displeased about in the review. I reached out four times in November and December to see when my pictures would be ready and if I could get a preview of one to use for thank you cards. I was only met with one response out of all those emails which simply said it takes ***** weeks. All the other photographers I read about provide a preview she did not offer anything. At 10 weeks I was told to give her two more weeks. At week 12 I was told she didn't like my review and that she had more weddings so my pictures would not be ready. I checked in every single week since and there is constantly an excuse. It is now week 17 after being told I would receive them multiple times. The last date she said she would have them by was February 19. And I emailed her the day of as a reminder and still received nothing. Her contract does not specify a timeline that pictures are guaranteed like others do leading me to think she is withholding my pictures that are paid for in full because she didn't like my review. This is outrageous and unprofessional. I don't want others to have to go through this. She won't even give me the raw versions.

      Thank you. I have finally received my pictures after 17 weeks and threatening legal action as well as a bad review. While it was extremely difficult dealing with this business this has been resolved.
