I have complained about management from this company. As I was concerned about a living room window that was not working and to keep me somewhat calm they told me it was ordered and it never was and maintenance nailed the window shut!! Sending me into even more panic. Needless to say I was thinking about moving but couldn’t afford to, I did sign a new lease and three days later decided I no longer wanted to live there as I could not get a direct answer on when the company would replace the window. Now I’m moved out and they are trying to charge me for painting a bathroom door, was trying to charge me for the window ( which never was fixed, that was waved). My complaint now, I have moved out left the place as I received it but your wanting to charge me basically to remodel it. I’m getting charged 350 for cleaning the A/C coils and for painting walls which was never painted before I moved in. This company should be a shame for trying to remodel off of me, after I explained that I have ptsd and how I felt not safe in my own home that I even had to purchase cameras and an alarm system. Please help me being these charges to their attention and possibly waived as I can not reach anyone who can help. As when I speak to the lady in the Office she basically blows me off and boldly told me her and Vernon are there everyday but the ones that can help me are the owners and they just don’t sit in the office all day and I should just wait for them to respond. Umm well excuse me but I’m not trying to allow this company to report me to collection’s because of their negligence. Thank you in advance ******** ****Business response

the charges are per the move out inspection we had and the wimdow that need to be replace is the glass window. I sent your complaint to our leasing department to further review but in any case if you have a dispute over security deposit please mail your dispute to our office with background explanation and any picture you might have and we will re-discuss with ownerCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: There’s no resolution or response mainly what I’m complaining about COMMUNICATION! I shouldn’t have to pay for any remodeling they want. The city inspector dinged the house infront of where I lived as non livable and condemned another reason I moved their sewage was starting to get in my backyard and also roach infested as they where in the previous house infront I made complaints and nothing as on here you can see they did nothing but copy a picture of the window they shut with nails that I submitted

As state in prior response- charges on security deposit were for damages caused by tenant and have nothing to do with sewer issue.
To dispute any charge you must mail your repsonse to our office . once recieved we will forward to teh property owner

I moved in July 2021 and complained about a window in my living room by my front door that was not properly installed it won’t close properly and there’s no true lock on it as if you push the window it will fall. I am a woman who have been tough a domestic violent relationship and I should not have to share that but I did and they still put me off as you see it’s been about six months I’ve complained about it they have came out but said they would need to contact the owner and o never heard anything back I’ve called and I’m always told that ****** is in a meeting or busy or he will call me and never do. I called about two wells prior to today and was told they had another emergency and they will fit me in someone that will never hear anything back. I DON’T FEEL SAFE AT ALL and I always pay my rent on time in advance and at times a couple months advance when I first moved in. It’s unfair that I had to reveal my trauma and still nothing is being done!!! PLEASE HELP MEBusiness response

Per ****** he spoke with tenant multiple times. owner approval is no in question as tenant was notified that windows will not be replaced. parts for the repairs were order and due to shortage of supplies there is a delay with getting the parts. the windows are operable at the moment and even though it is temporary repair that was done so tenant can open and close the windows this is the best we can do till parts arrived.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I have complained when my window truly became open on its own when I went to work i have tried to contact them and never heard back then when I do get someone so was told they had higher priorities to attend to and that’s all that ****** could tell me and I never heard back until this complaint was initiated this is truly sad for a woman to live in fear of someone killing me in my sleep as I have stated I have PTSD FROM AN ABUSIVE PAST MARRIAGE I feel I shouldn’t have to disclose that but I did and I was told all that she could do was past on my message and as I stated I did not hear back until I reported it to BBB please help me as my concerns are taken very lightly even though I have expressed that I feel that my life was endangered such a true shame as I have never been late and that should not even be a factor when I express that I am loosing sleep as I do not feel safe in my home.

Repairs have nothing to do with rent payment.
As we state in previous response we do everything we can to make the necessary repairs.
